Purchased for day hikes on vacation. This was for my youngest daughter who loved the color. Hers had the most storage space of everyone. Room for plenty of snacks and emergency items. Also used as carry on for plane ride. Held all of her electronics and chargers and a sweatshirt bonus we filled it up in the airport for her to drink. Great purchase.

When I received the product even though I went through the measurements in my head I found it slightly smaller than I anticipated. Also it didnt seem to fit me comfortably if I strapped the chest buckle it felt like it was choking me, so I thought about returning it. It didnt come with any instructions which would have helped a ton, after inspecting it form there I realized that everything I was complaining about was very adjustable, it was just hard to see that it was. I was able to get it to fit comfortably and and actually has pretty decent space for a day hike, the water bladder is exceptionally good it took some time to figure out how everything feeds through a couple of tips, feed the tube through the arm strap first, before threading it into the pouch, I thought the velcro loops inside the bag compartment, where to hold of the tube but in fact they are to hold the bag so it doesnt sag when its filled with water, there are two slots on the top edge of the pouch for the velcro loops, which is a nice feature, the mouth piece of soft and doesnt seem to leak any water also when you suck you dont get a bunch of air mixed in. Really for the price is an amazing pack, hopefully it will last me many years.

Ive used the same hydration backpack for about the last 10 years and pretty much every time I used it I complained but hey I had it and it worked. Finally broke down and bought this to replace the old one. Im absolutely in love. My last bag had all these stupid straps and elastic cords hanging off of it to carry things but only ended up getting in the way. This bag is sleek, pockets are fairly large for a hydration backpack. The bladder area easily holds a 3l bladder and the material inside does a good job of keeping things insulated and cold. My one and only gripe is the bladder attachment points. I understand it was designed for the bladder that it comes with and I use a different type but velcro loops are never a good idea as far as Im concerned. Theyre a pain to use and begin to fray far too easily as you can see in the pictures. I use my backpack nearly every day for work and they are holding up well, I just have to be careful when detaching the bladder and not ripping more threads off. Overall though I highly suggest this backpack. I would without a doubt still buy it again.

The bladder on this backpack makes your water taste awful like chemicals. If you plan on using the bladder, rinse it out a few times, soak it, and the next day remove the water, and hopefully it leaches out the chemical taste. The backpack itself is great, kept my water cold in the Arizona summer heat. Overall, satisfied with this purchase.

Fantastic purchase—great for hiking and traveling. My 13” MacBook Pro fits easily in the big pocket. Keeps water cold and very easy to carry. Highly recommend.

Ive used quite a few back packs over the years. I need lightweight and decent storage because I cover a lot of ground quickly. This Pack meets every need requirement and then some. Surprisingly, water stays cold for a long time. Storage space is more than I could have expected. I store perishable items in my water bag compartment which keeps it cold and dry. There are also plenty of clips and straps to attach items directly to my pack. I will definitely recommend this pack to my close friends.

I got this for work. I fill it in the morning 2/3 of the way with ice and the rest water. Keeps it cold all day and I just add water as needed. It hangs in the engine all day so if we get a call I have it right there. In the pocket I keep a battery and cell charger cable and a couple of snacks. I also throw my keys and wallet in there on calls.

update: I have now used this pack four times and the stitching has not come apart, but it it obviously going to soon. It is disappointing because I always take care of my gear and never over fill the pockets. I broke down and bought an Osprey daylite plus. WOW, what a better quality backpack. This is a good pack, I am satisfied with it. This was my third pick before putting out big $$$ for a name brand which I did not want to do. I felt that none of the descriptions really met my needs to spend that kind of money. I had already returned a Teton (could not adjust the straps for my frame, they were too stiff and the chest strap would not tighten enuf). I also returned a Rumpumpak (it would not hold enough and I just didnt like it). But this one: PROS: 1. perfect size for keys, iPhone or gps, extras, lunch, sun screen, bug spray, toilet paper and stuff a small jacket in there too. 2. Bladder compartment has a reflective liner to try to keep the water cool as long as possible. 3. The straps adjust just fine, I am a female, 51, #140. The back does not sway on my back at all and does not seem to tug anywhere. 4. My back sweated some, but it was a 8 mile strenous hike, 95 degrees mostly in the sun. Overall it did well, my shirt was not drenched and i did not feel uncomfortable. Cons: 1. The bladder! Who would use a black or even green bladder is stupid. I would like to see inside to make sure it is clean and no floats. I put this one in the Goodwill and bought a Platypus (a product that I know I can trust). Plus I connected the hose to the bladder and it is WAY TOO DIFFICULT to disconnect. Life it too short. 2. There arent any attachment sites on the outside of the main pack. I fixed this by attaching those gear ties to the two straps on the side. They will work fine if I want to attach my jacket or a towel outside. My trekking poles can go into the mesh pocket and attach at the top with a gear tie. Im all set.

I was so surprised with how much room this small bag actually has! I can fill the water bladder up and still fit snacks and emergency supplies with ease. The clips help distribute the weight around, and the side pockets perfectly fit a map or knife. The bladder started to rip at the top after a while from the weight of the water, but honestly thats to be expected and why bladders are cheap to replace. Absolutely my go to hiking pack!

Great little pack for day trips. Nice and expandable and can hold a good amount. We typically use it for snacks and extra clothes when we hike. Ive only used the water bladder once, but it worked great. No leaks. Pack is lightweight and comfortable. I wouldnt recommend it for an overnight trip, unless your an extremely light packer. I wont say its undoable, but it would be tight. Especially if youre some place cold and need to pack thick warm stuff. Weve used ours nearly every weekend since purchasing it and so far all the zippers work great, no rips or tears. Seems to be made of good sturdy material. I recommend it, especially for short day trips where you dont want to lug around a big pack!
