They included all the hardware and are adjustable to different positions. My last pair were chewed up by walking on different terrains due to closed roads. With that said, these are not a low profile cleat so walking on them isnt easy, recommended or comfortable. I do like the option to purchase cleat covers. I have not purchased or used the cleat covers as I never prepare to walk a lot when out on a ride. I do not have anything negative to say but a recommendation, I think they should offer detailed instructions on recommended positions. This will help new cyclist to purchase these on the fly rather than going into a cycle shop.
