SHIMANO Cleats SPD-SL SM-SH10/SM-SH12

> 24 hourIve ridden the red, yellow, and blue cleat. Of all the cleats the yellow tends to be the most forgiving on the knees, and after long rides your body will thank you! Sure youre not going to be as efficient as you would be if you were putting 100% of your power down, but be realistic... do you really think youre putting out Sagan-like numbers? I wouldnt recommend any of the other colors unless youve been professionally fit, its far too much of a risk of causing some real damage to your joints.

> 24 hourQuickest way to change your cleats and have them available when you want and need them. I always keep a spare.

> 24 hourugh I hate having to replace these so often but I suppose it beats buying new shoes.

> 24 hourI have used this for a little less than 2 months and the back piece on one of the cleats has already chipped off. I use this only inside on the trainer, so that was pretty disappointing considering I have not been very rough on them.

> 24 hourWhile they stay clipped into the Peloton clips well, they wiggle around more than I care for. Ended up buying a different brand and like those cleats much better.

> 24 hourI just ordered these for my new Sidi 5 road cycling shoes. This is 3rd or 4th set of these SPD-SL model cleats Ive purchased over the past 6 years. I ride about 2500 miles a year, and the cleats typically will last for a couple of years before needing replacement. I use Kool Kovers cleat covers when off the bike, which seem to extend the life of the cleats. The product was delivered within the estimated delivery window, in retail packaging.
