04-06-2025These Shimano cleats are very well made. Switched over from the SPD mountain bike pedals to the SPD-SL road bike pedals on my road bike. These cleats are for the SPD-SL pedals. It is much nicer having these on my road bike than the mountain bike pedals. They have a larger surface area for more power transfer to the pedals, which means you go faster! Also what is nice about these cleats is they are made from a high quality hard plastic/rubber type material on the bottom, so I am not worried about scratching up the floors when I walk with my shoes on inside. Whereas the SPD cleats were metal so I would always have to take my shoes off inside. In conclusion: Quality cleats, 6 degrees float, very nice option for a road bike
