I purchased these headphones because in the world of bone conduction headphones shokz are considered the best. When I received my $129, I was completely appalled. The sound quality is terrible at high volumes. I had purchased a cheaper set of bone conductions for $40 to try out, and the audio is perfect at high volumes. So when I heard static and distortion on my music, I was angered greatly because I paid $140 for this pile of garbage. I even ordered a replacement because I thought I had a lemon; however, when I received my replacements, the same problem occurred. Not worth the money and not worth the time.

I wear these almost all day everyday, even when Im not listening to anything sometimes. I forget they are there. I listen mostly to podcast, in mostly quiet environments. The open ear bone conduction is excellent. They dont interfere with conversations with others in person, and allow me to answer phone calls without running to find my phone, wherever I left that. Used with ear plugs the sound is really good, the problem is I hate having anything in my ears. These are my favorite product for audio, even my husband (who has a really nice pair of studio headphones) uses them when he goes for walks, or is somewhere its not convenient to lug around the huge heavy wired studio set. Their customer service is excellent, I have bought 6 pair over the last... 10 years or so. (Ive lost 2 pair, given a pair to my husband, another to a friend, and have a pair that I broke the band on that I run under my pillow at night) I highly recommend this product. The batter last all day, and charges really quickly. Ive also owned a pair of the Titanium (now Air). Love this product!

I used to love these headphones. My first pair lasted me for years. So I decided to upgrade when I got my next pair. Gradually each pair got wouldn’t last as long as the last pair I had. This latest pair I got on February 7th and they stopped working on April 7. Two months really! I’ve tried reaching out and getting crickets! I guess it’s time to look for a new brand.

I work outdoors, at a park to be exact so Im always yelling at coworkers, weed eating and doing everything outdoors. I love music and talk radio so I would usually leave my phone on loud abd just recharge it through the day. Originally I purchased Beats earbuds and yes, they had great sound but Id constantly end up with ears full of sweat and not being able to hear co workers hollering at me. Then I picked up these shockz. Ive been wearing these during 8 to 10 hour workdays and sometimes forget theyre on. They work amazing. I can hear people around me and still listen to music. When I use equipment and need earplugs, I just use my ear plugs and I can still hear whatever Im listening to! The sound quality is good. Its not the best but I think the quality of performance and function outweigh needing to hear the best quality sound. Calls work very well and I can hear well and people hear me. I cant stress enough how grest these Shokz are for my situation. I dont see myself using anything else. Ive worn these literally ALL DAY and not had to charge them. If youre on the fence about these, dont be. Youll be happy with them.

I’ve had a pair of the Trekz Air for the past few years but sadly the battery life has slowly dwindled. I opted to go ahead and order another Shokz headphones because I loved the first pair so much. Extremely disappointed with sound quality. Sounds like you’re listening under water. I returned and ordered a different pair through Best Buy thinking it could have been the set I ordered or possibly the distributor. That was not the case. It still sounds the same. While I loved my first set of Shokz headphones the quality has dropped drastically and would not recommend. The seller was awesome. Delivered on time and no issues with the return.

Comfortable, easy to use, decent sound quality. Very happy so far.

The previous aeroplex included 2 cable. They then rebranded to shokz and the openrun(aeroplex rebrand) now include 1 cable only which suck since they are the same price. Other than that Im fully satisfied.

This is the 2nd pair I have had that don’t seem to last more than 2 months. My 2nd pair have just went bad after 1 month. I am not liking the quality. I had a previous pair last for 2 years but I think the quality has disappeared!!!
