Best ear buds Ive ever owned.

I bought this when it was reduced because I knew Shokz was the gold standard. I will say the Mini may be too snug for a lot of people (I wear a 7 3/8 or 7 1/2 baseball cap if that helps) but the sound is very good and I do like that.

Sound quality is good, although I have yet to identify comfortable ear protection I can utilize in tandem.

Firstly, the size of the band is perfect for my head and neck. It has been reduced since the first model. If you are particularly small then the mini would be good. The sound quality is great, it can be hard to hear voice and podcasts on busy roads but if you are out for a walk in a park or forest or on quiet roads then it is actually fine. It takes soke getting used to, being able to hear around you can be disorientating. At high volumes people around you can also hear what you are listening to which I didnt expect. They also vibrate quite a bit when at high volume so that can cause me a sore head. But overall I keep them at a mid level volume and they are fine for my needs.

I had to go with the OpenRun Pro for a much fuller sound. Hated to pay the extra $50, but unfortunately the OpenRun was way to tinty/distorted and lacked full range of sound and bass. When I received the Pro, both wife and I tested and came to same conclusion. I previously owned (unfortunately left on airplane) the Aftershokz Air AS650 and they were far better than the OpenRun. Nice to have the mini version for our smaller heads.

You can still hear everyone around you while listening to music and the sound in the headset is amazing

Does what its claimed to do and very well!

It’s light and and comfortable for running, the sound is clear but a bit lower volume, only thing is that there is no bass, for the price I expect more than that.
