SHOKZ OpenRun (AfterShokz Aeropex) - Open-Ear Bluetooth Bone Conduction Sport Headphones - Sweat Resistant Wireless Earphones for Workouts and Running - Built-in Mic, with Headband

I went through a number of these AfterShokz headphones until I found the right pair. I use headphones and wear reading glasses for work for upwards of 10 hours per day. I like the bone conduction headphones for a number of reasons — not the least of which is that I can still hear what’s going on around me when I need to. But the Titaniums I tried were too wide over my ears to comfortably accommodate glasses all day long. I tried the minis and the regulars and neither one worked for me: Within an hour, tops, my ears ached and I had to stop using them. I really like the technology, though, so I tried one more time with the OpenRun minis and I’m so glad I did. The part that goes over my ears is slender and allows me to comfortably wear my glasses, either on top of or underneath the headphones, for an entire day. The sound conduction is fantastic. For times when I’m wearing the headphones but not actively using them and it’s too noisy in my environment for concentration, I pop in ear plugs, and miracle of miracles, background noise is drowned out, but when I need to, I can hear what I’m listening to with the OpenRuns as clear as a bell. I also much prefer the magnetic quick charger that comes with the OpenRuns. Super happy I stuck with AfterShokz until I found the pair that works for my particular circumstances. Two thumbs up! **Coming back weeks later to add that I STILL love these headphones. Battery lasts ALL day long. They connect quickly and easily and they’re very comfortable, even with glasses, even all day long. They WAY outlast my earpods. Love these.

I really enjoy these as they are lightweight and comfortable and I dont have to worry about them falling out of my ear like an earbud. They stay in place while Im running or biking or working in the yard and I dont have to worry that they will get wet if it rains or I get sweaty as they are waterproof. This is my third pair of Shokz and the warranty and customer service are stellar. I also like these because I can still hear cars and traffic around me while Im running and biking. I cant say much about the noise cancellation, but I know you can still hear great sound quality with earplugs in your ears while using these! Bone conduction is pretty cool!

My audio cuts out all the time when Im near other Bluetooth users (especially the gym). Its really annoying. I prefer their previous model, the Aftershokz. Even after I ran them though the washing machine, they still sound and preform better than this model.

I am so happy with this product it does exactly what theyre supposed to do. As a runner I really like the fact that I can hear my surroundings but still have good quality sound for my music. These do not have bass which I like as they are pleasant on the ears.

Dieser Kopfhörer ist sehr angenehm zu tragen. Das Gewicht ist kaum spürbar. Aussengeräusche sind immer noch gut wahrnehmbar, sofern man die Lautstärke nicht zu hoch eingestellt hat. Die Bluetooth Verbindung funktioniert bis ca. 8 Meter Entfernung sehr gut. Das Gerät wird in erster Linie am TV betrieben um am Abend keinen beim Schlaf zu stören. Sich im selben Raum zu bewegen ohne Abbruch der Tonverbindung ist ohne Probleme möglich. Bei mittlerer Lautstärke können andere Teilnehmer im Raum so gut wie nichts hören. Dafür das der Hörer doch sehr klein ist erhält man trotzdem gerade im Bereich der Sprache einen wirtklich guten Klang und man muss sich nichts in die Ohren stecken. Würde das Produkt jederzeit wieder kaufen. Vermutlich hole ich noch ein Zweitgerät. Empfehlenswert. Hoffe diese Bewertung hilft anderen bei ihrer Entscheidung. MfG

I wear these on my walks , mountain biking & league bowling to listen to music. Also wear them to listen to audiobooks. They sound so clear and are so lightweight that you forget you are wearing them. They do not hurt my ears like earbuds do. The battery life is great. The controls are easy to use. Only wish I had purchased them sooner. Would recommend them. However , if you want audiophile quality music , heavy bass or noise cancelling these are not for you.
