Sigma 150-600mm 5-6.3 Contemporary DG OS HSM Lens for Canon

This lens does exactly what it is advertised to do. I find it easy to use and getting easier the more that I use it. I can use it without a tripod if I can rest the mounting bracket on something, like a fence post or rock and get good results. Very pleased with my purchase.

Do not buy this lens. Right out of the box the vibration control did not work. Had to send it back.

Habe das 150-600mm Tamron (erste Version) und wollte mir aufgrund vieler Aussagen, das Sigma sei am langen Ende in der Abbildungsleistung besser als das Tamron mal selbst ein Bild davon machen (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes).

the lens worked great for 2 years. then the auto focus stopped working.

Working perfect but very big and little heavy. Tripod is a must

This is a great lens. I have captured many a beautiful shot of wildlife and birds. It didnt break the bank purchasing this lens either!

Nothing is perfect but this lens is close

Auto Focus sometimes requires you to adjust focus manually to come to the range and then it acquires auto focus. Image stabilization is great. Picture quality is very good and sharp.
