Naturally this is a big and heavy lens, and with the tripod mount it works extremely well in all lighting conditions as you would expect. The image quality is excellent and Ive attached a photo of a robin with some zoomed in insets to give you an idea. If you look carefully you can see the reflection of my house against the blue sky in the Robins Eye. Its that sharp. However, it doesnt stop there. That image was taken hand held at the full 600mm zoom. Yes, the light was good, and Im using a Canon 6D at 1000 ISO, but to me at least that is pretty impressive. The autofocus was almost instant and spot on. Being a big telephoto, you are having to be at least 2-3 meters from the subject for focus! The other feature I like is the manual focus override. If you have the time, and birds are not very patient usually, you can fine tune the autofocus manually.

Too heavy an investment for me but worth it. Body quality, picture quality all good. Heavy but did not have a choice at 600mm. Auto focus is quick and good but in case of a clustered image and high zoom. That exact focus is always tedious and thats the same even in manual focus mode. Very happy with the lens.

This lens is great for wildlife. Focus can be a little slow but the pictures look great.

Its a good lens for this Price and range. Image stabilization and sharpness bit not that good, but obviously for this price range its a very good option. This lens range also pretty awesome. Bit heavier, cant use hand held shor for long time.. tripod or monopod must .

The price to value ratio is incredible for this lens, I had broken an older 80-400 Nikkor, and just could not see

This is a fantastic lens, not just for the money. I rented this as well as the Tamron 150-600mm and the new Canon 100-400mm L IS II to shoot high school football with my Canon EOS 7D Mk II. Sure, the Canon is sharper (but not as long of reach), weather sealed and built like a TANK, but its over twice the cost! Quite frankly, youre going to be using this end towards or at the 600mm end where this lens has a definite advantage over the Tamron, which is too soft for my liking. The Tamron also had significant focus consistency issues (which many have complained about). Dont get me wrong, I love Tamron and own 3 of their lenses including their SUPERB 70-200mm f/2.8 VC USM which I absolutely love for Friday Night Lights. But in this case, this SIGMA wins hands down. Theres some good YouTube video comparison reviews that say the same. PLEASE, ignore the guys like our friend here who gave it a lower rating because its too heavy. Stop whining and hit the gym. Would you rather it was entirely made of plastic including the lens elements?? I loved his suggestion to buy a point and shoot super zoom camera. NOT. The only wish I had for this lens is that its entirely weather sealed like the Tamron, not just the mount. At $100 off to compete with Tamron, the value is even better.

Es evidente que alguien uso este lente antes de enviármelo ... funcionará correctamente? tiene garantía?

The only thing that could have made this better would have been f2.8 at this price :). This is wonderful for outdoor photos!
