I’ve had a simply safe system since it was introduced, and it is a very good security system. This new generation of entry sensor has a two part package, similar to those on Apple products, that took me five minutes with kitchen sheets to open. Not fun, it’s annoying. Please redesign the packaging and make it easier to get the sensor out of it.

Fell off door a couple of times. Have to pay to monitor remotly

Gum strip was substandard and it fell off the Sliding doors twice and it caused a false alarm twice resulting in $75 fine from township as the support center called police even when we told them it was a false alarm.
