SINGER 00258 Extra Long Vinyl Tape Measure, 96-Inch

Perfect for sewing and also for woodworking when I need to measure around something to get an accurate measurement.

Well, its a tape measure, has markings on it (inches and centimeters) and it is flexible. No surprises there. I unrolled mine and rolled it back up in reverse so the loose end would start at zero instead of 96, but I guess they had to package it that way to show the length. Long enough so if a really fat guy wants to know his pants size, you can help him out. More versatile than a yardstick except you cant balance it on your finger. A good gift for people who just have to know how big everything is.

Markings are clear and readable. This isnt really worthy of Singer brand. It works but isnt the best tape I have used. It says it is made of fiber glass, I dont want to however test that with any heat tests. I think it is costly at this price point. You wouldnt regret the purchase but you wouldnt also be very excited that you bought it. There are some winding tapes with shells that you can consider unless you want something to put around your neck.

I could read this very easily when tipping my head a little only bad part is I see that I got fat.

Its yellow and it measures things Thats all I needed from it, right? To be honest, the color was just bonus.

Accuracy isnt perfect but its close. And its very readable. For the price? Great!

I didnt have to worry about measuring my drapes with this tape. It is durable and its weight is just perfect for holding down fabric if you needed an extra set of hands. I did not know to buy this tape when I was making draperies for my new apartment. It would have saved me so much time to have an extra long tape. Do yourself a favor! Buy this Singer product. You know you are getting quality with Singer products. Thank you.

Pretty standard, good quality, measuring tape. I do wish it came with a little case to prevent constant unraveling when not in use, like some others, but for the price point it’s still a good product.
