Greater than one weekUnlike the competing OEMs, they arent selling a poorly performing drive, or worse yet, a drive that used to perform well, then after the reviewers and the first enthusiasts bought them, were component-swapped with inferior components. Although its a PCIe v3 drive, this drive at least is the real deal when it comes to decent performance.

Greater than one weekA lot of people have never heard of SK Hynix, but believe it or not, they make a lot of the RAM and flash storage chips inside many different smartphones, including the RAM in the iPhone 11 and the flash storage of the Google Pixel 4.

> 3 dayIve been using a Hynix 500 GB NVME P31 as a boot drive for almost 2 months. I installed in a Gigabyte Z370 motherboard as a retrofit, replacing the boot and swap partitions on my existing hard drive. OS is Kubuntu 20.04 LTS. The drive runs cool. Booting and application load performance are consistently good. Good endurance ratings, at 500 TBW. Great value with the 15% off coupon when I bought it. No regrets. I would buy this drive again.

> 3 dayThe testing results showed everything. Normally, I chose Samsung or WD. This was the first time to try a 500 GB Hynix P31, but it suprised me. Even though reality did not show noticeable difference in daily computing, Ill buy Hynix again.

> 3 dayLoad times on my games are amazing, and for the price it sure beats the competition! Working for an IT company where we mainly use Samsung and Western Digital Hard Drives, these are an awesome value and hold up on the speeds.

Greater than one weekI am very impressed with the speeds this drive delivers. I thought SATA3 SSDs were fast, but they are absolutly nothing compared to NVMe. I got the 500GB version and migrated my OS and everything to it, and boot speeds went from about 15 seconds to 3-4 seconds. AMAZING!!!
