> 3 dayThe fastest SSD I’ve ever seen by a lot. It’s the crown jewel on my 13900k/4090 build.

> 3 dayThis SSD works great for your ps5 expansion slot and it’s very easy to install. Just make sure to buy a heat sink to combine them before you do. Another thing, for anyone who uses an external hard drive, do yourself a favor and unplug your external hdd after moving all your games because you will run into an issue where it will show that you’re using GBs on your internal ps5 SSD even though your not, and that will clear everything up.

> 3 dayBuild a new rig. My previous rig had a 980 PRO 2TB SSD (which was fine). I was looking for 3x NVMes for my new build and stumbled upon this. I remember SK HYNIX from when I was younger and using a lot of their stuff. I was not disappointed! The speeds are phenomenal and it runs rock solid. Just dont forget your cooler! My third one is coming in tomorrow so I can add it as my 3rd disk to my RAID 0 array. The picture is two of them in RAID 0 in case anyone was wanting to do the same (this is one of my SLOWER tests too).

Greater than one weekBought it because I had a hard drive and it was very slow and I couldn’t play with my friends on my pc, this sad was a big upgrade and did exactly what I wanted. I can play games with my friends and everything loads so much faster.

> 3 dayIm just say it straight its fast and flawless, for the price you get what you pay for also handle heat pretty well so if you got small PC with a lot of heat it can handle it no problems Adding it does not come with screws, dont get mad and knock a star off cause of this, if you are a PC person you know the screws was included in hardware with motherboard so if you have pre built sorry you need to order screws most of the time prebuilt dont come with the hardware

> 3 dayI have been building and upgrading a gaming pc over the last few months. Everything was great, but I needed more storage. This SSD was perfect for that! It’s the fastest SSD I’ve ever owned, and is a great value for the money. It’s quite a bit more affordable than its competitors such as Samsung and WD, but offers the exact same, if not better, performance. When it came to installing the SSD, I had no problems. Because it’s an m.2 SSD, all I needed was an m.2 slot and a single screw that was already included with my motherboard. So I just slotted it into the motherboard and booted up my system, with zero issues. I’ve installed multiple applications and games on the SSD. They downloaded extremely quickly, and loading times were almost non-existent! On top of all of this, the P41 is a PCI Express Gen 4 SSD, so it’s great for futureproofing and offers insane reading and writing times. Overall, I’d say the P41 is one of if not the best options for anyone building a gaming pc, or anyone else who needs fast, reliable storage.

> 3 dayPurchased the 1tb model. Ran both new, with equal settings in Crystaldiskmark x64 brand new 1tb wd sn850x and the 1tb Hynix Platinum P41 took a massive dump all over the WD 850X. Of course it went on to crush my 1tb wd sn850 regular too. I did it yesterday but the p41 was about 7400/6900 sequential. The 850x was something like 6800/5600. I did it twice and results were pretty much the same.

> 3 dayThe P41 NVMe ssd is performing faster than MFG states. Running an Intel 12700k, Gigabyte Gaming X, 64GB ram. No issues so far. CrystalDiskMark image provided, first test, installed as a secondary drive. Also an FYI: other reviews removing a star for no M.2 screw provided. SSD mfgs dont provide the screw. Its the motherboard mfgs that provide it. Ive bought from Samsung, Kingston, Sabrent, Crucial and smaller name brands and none of them have provided me with the screw. Check your machine before ordering, its up to you to buy one if its not on the motherboard already.

Greater than one weekI bought a pre-built gaming system as my computer died after 7 years and I needed something in a hurry. The boot drive in the PC is also a PCIe NVMe Gen4 M.2 drive, but it is 1 TB and slower. I wanted to get a second drive for drive D: and for storing games and video files there. I did my research before getting the SK hynix Platinum P41. The extra speed is noticeable.

> 3 dayIm very happy with my SSD. SK Hynix definitely made the right decision making and marketing their own SSDs after all these years. It does what it says on the tin, and is priced competitively with the Samsung 980 Gen 4 taking into account the fact the Hynix does not include the heatsink. I bought the Sabrent Rocket heatsink to put on it and that fits and works great as well. Image of speed test included, I got over 6,300 MB/s read speed which is pretty darn close to the 7,000 claimed, my PC is a pretty modest system running a Ryzen 5 5600x, 16GB of DDR4 3600 RAM, and Radeon RX5700 GPU so I would have been surprised to get max speed out of it. As it stands I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good M.2 Gen 4 SSD. The 5 year warranty tells you they stand behind their products as well.
