Piece of mind once it’s installed. I didn’t want some big bulky bar across my door, or something in the track my kids could still get to. This is perfect, took 5 seconds to install it for instant baby proofing. My not quite 3 year old can open our sliding door, now there’s no chance of that.

- Section that will touch the door/window when opening it is attempted is protected by a silicone strip to prevent marring your door edge. - Unfortunately these use the old foam style of adhesive rather than the newer nano gel adhesive. And the adhesive is already attached to the backs, so you can’t easily replace it. No extra adhesive supplied for reapplication was a result. This was such an inexpensive security lock for our home. We installed them on the gliding doors to prevent our toddler from sliding the doors open whenever he wanted. It works amazing! A full grown adult wouldn’t be able to open the door from outside, it has given us a peace of mind.

I used this product to add extra protection for the window. Very sturdy, easy to install in seconds.

I’ll give it two stars for working to stop my sliding door from opening. The problem is, even closed, the door stop stops the door from opening smoothly and almost ripped my door seals. I cannot use this product at all.

My 3 year old figured out how to open the locks for the patio door. This gadget helped us put a lock further out of reach to help keep him in the house. Safe and effective!

My cat scratched up my favorite pair of Stacey Adams dress shoes.....something had to be done. This device was easy to install and I should have thought of this yrs ago.

If you have a little one in your home, buy this! This is so easy to install because you dont need any tools. Just make sure to clean the area you want to adhere it, peel the backing off, stick it on, and youre done! It operates as advertised. Easy-peasy as my little niece would say! Highly recommended.

I love it because my twins can’t slide the doors anymore!:)
