> 3 dayThis is strong. We set this 5 inches from door to allow room for air flow through a small opening while keeping children and pets from going through the door. We forget its there and fling open the door and it has never broken or unattached. Small hands cant close the safety latch. Hard to see if its open or closed from across the room so always double check.

> 3 dayI have a 7 year old with autism and adhd. We moved into a new house with a sliding glass door and sliding glass windows. I tried other products, but he was still able to figure it out. Put these bad boys up high, strap ‘em down and you’re ready to go. Seriously love this product.

> 3 dayI’ll give it two stars for working to stop my sliding door from opening. The problem is, even closed, the door stop stops the door from opening smoothly and almost ripped my door seals. I cannot use this product at all.

> 3 dayI use it on my sliding glass door and it works exactly as it’s designed to. My toddler isn’t rough, but he has tried to open the door with this in place and he was not able to/it remained on the door without issue. The only thing that would make it better is if the design (color/style) was more inconspicuous. It probably goes without saying, but just make sure you have clearance between the sliding and stationary door because while slim, it does have a profile to it.

Greater than one weekMy son finally figured how to open our child lock on our sliding glass door, there are not many options when it comes to locks like this. This one seems to be great, and is way different than the one we have so he does not know how to do it again. Definitely gives us a piece of mind knowing he can’t get outside near the water. It is super easy to install and seems very sturdy and I don’t think it will come off or break anytime soon.

> 3 dayMy 2.5 year old knows how to open the window and turn off the manufactures child locks. I got this for an inch higher as added safety. Easy for me to turn on and off. I feel so much better he won’t go tumbling out windows now!

> 3 dayI havent tried breaking this thing like an intruder would but I imagine it would cause a lot of noise. It stops the door on solid hits reliably though!

> 3 dayIf you have a little one in your home, buy this! This is so easy to install because you dont need any tools. Just make sure to clean the area you want to adhere it, peel the backing off, stick it on, and youre done! It operates as advertised. Easy-peasy as my little niece would say! Highly recommended.

Greater than one weekWorks awesome for my sliding glass door. Was looking for something to keep my toddlers from getting into the backyard. Put it at the top of the door and they can’t reach it.
