Easy to apply and operates as advertised. It does prevent sliding door from opening but the longevity of usage may be questionable.

Works very well! The 3M is super sticky and with it being 3M I trust the product stick and anti residue for my rented home. My tall and growing taller toddler can’t reach it which serves the purpose of child proofing. Very happy with the price and product (2)

Years back I had someone climb my balcony and push open my slide door to rob us. Although I live in a safe neighborhood now,I just added to this our kitchen slide door which is on the second floor and its pretty solid.

I like to sleep with the window open at night-and I wanted something to stop the window from being opened wide enough for someone to crawl through. I have double hung windows and this product works as advertised. I would have liked it to have removable/reapable sticky pad on it. But the price was right and if I need to move it I can always buy more.

I got this to put it in our window so my my children won’t open the window in the summer or winter while the AC or heating escape. I think also it keep thief away from your house it might be a little hard for them to go to your house.

These are well designed and have a super strong adhesive. While the directions on the box tell you to just peel and stick in place, its best to clean the surface you want to stick it on first. There are no instructions on how to remove these when the time comes, but just assume that once removed they cannot be reused. I will use them to lock a window open a few inches, and prevent it from being opened all the way. These can also be used on any doors that slide past each other, like sliding closet doors, shower doors, and cabinet doors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

These sliding door locks are made in China. The instructions were clear and made this easy to install. Only thing required is making sure the device is facing the right direction, removing the piece from the sticker, and putting the lock in place. The device is easy to open and close by pressing on the sides and allowing the middle piece to pop up or push down. It was able to stop my heavy sliding glass door from opening up past this point. With the lock closed, the door is able to slide past it smoothly. I feel a little more secure having this in place and will be nice to stop kids from playing around with the door so much.

I needed something for my windows and these do the trick. Easy to install and operate. Gives me a peace of mind. Also great for sliding doors if you have a toddler in the house who can unlock the door on their own, great safety product.
