This worked great replacing the cheap magnetic contact that came with my nexx home wifi opener. Good quality and solid. Ive been using this for about 6 months now and have no more false readings of my garage door being open when it is not.

Armored cable and included magnet bracket make this switch well suited for garage doors and other applications that may have large gaps when closed. Both normally closed and normally open connections are provided for compatibility with all systems. Ive had one installed for several years with no issues.

Switch can not handle the wattage that it says. First time I hooked it up the reed switch welded itself closed.

Needed for a normally open circuit on a gate alarm . Works fine . Just installed so dont know how long it will last but looks well sealed from moisture. Looks like a good product

Well made. Fast Delivery. I mounted it over my garage door on the wall and the Magnet bracket to the door. Will last forever up there. It has a strong magnet and activates when the Garage door opens an inch. Hooked to to a low volt LED light inside the hall leading to/from garage. Lites the way! And warns if garage is ope.

This worked great on my new garage door. I use it to indicate if the door is open or closed on my detached garage in the house.
