> 3 dayIt was easy to install and easy to use. I had one issue which was the led indicator light was not working properly, so I contacted customer support via email. They responded quickly and got it resolved. The resolution was that I needed to update the software in the switch. Everything works perfectly afterwards. I didnt give it 5 stars because it didnt dim lower beyond a certain point (20%) is my guess. It wasnt a big deal for me but it might be for others.

> 3 dayThe switch will only set up through the Home app and will not connect with the Meross app. Which makes it unusable with alexa

> 3 dayLoved the product and features. However, you MUST have power (black, white, and ground) to the switch box. Sometimes power is at the fixture and the switch only has circuit connective functionality.

> 3 dayThese can be a little tricky to install - in my case - the master and slave had to be installed in a certain location and they wouldnt work in the other location. From the wiring alone - you couldnt tell which location was which so It took some troubleshooting to figure out how to get it setup correctly. Once setup though - i have found the Homekit integration rock solid. It hasnt dropped or shown offline and it has worked quickly every time i have opened up my phone and tried it. I also have the Meross garage door opener and having tried several smart products i feel like Meross makes some of the best ones.

> 3 dayReplaced and under cabinet kitchen lights switch. Works great and Im was/am really impressed with the easy of installation, both physical and app. Physical installation was simple enough at the switch has your standard two connections (line & load), so that part was easy as it doesnt matter which wire connects to which lead on the switch, which are labeled well on the switch. As I was installing this in a two gang box I had a power plug, next door, which gave me access to a neutral wire, which is required for the smart part of the switch to work. Please make sure you have a neutral wire in the box you are installing the switch in, otherwise it wont work, unless of course you run a new neutral (either from the panel or from a closer location. If you do that please follow your local municipalities electrical practices or high an electrician). The app worked well better than I thought it would, which is a very nice plus. It quickly found the device and within minutes I was able to turn on/off & dim the lights. I opened Google Home (my preference) and added Meross to my home and the switch was there. Ive been testing both the Hey Google and the app incessantly and neither has failed yet, which is very impressive. Overall great product, great integration to my smart home and simple enough installation. Im very pleased.

> 3 dayGreat value for the price. Very easy to install and STAYS CONNECTED. The features are great. I have my bathroom lights come on at a low level every Monday thru Friday at 430am on low so its easy on the eyes at first. I have also set up a few scenes for different occasions . The software itself is easy to use. I bought a 2 pack and installed 1 just to see if they were worth it. As an Electrical Engineer i can say these are built well and will be buying these Exclusively for the foreseeable future. I do have some recommendations, mainly for the software. At this time I have 2 dimmers installed. I can program 1 to come on at any given time but not the other. It seems you can only program 1 device at this time. I was wanting my bedroom and bath to come on at the same time. This could also be used for when you are away by setting different lights to come on at night at different times. This all would just be a matter of a software update and for that i would easily pay a little more. These are a great value and work better than 2 other popular name branda i have tried.

> 3 dayI love this WiFi capable wall switch/dimmer. Meross has an app that I loaded onto my phone and now I can control the lights when I am away from home. I frequently will ask Alexa to shut off the hall light in the middle of the night so that I dont have to get up out of bed to do it. I especially love to shut it off or turn it on as my son walks by, just to freak him out. I also can set the program for auto on and auto off at specific times. This switch controls my ceiling light in the hall way but I purchased two more of these switches and cant wait to utilize them. I also have my living room lamp plugged in to a Meross WiFi smart plug. I love that as well and it works just as I stated above for the wall switch.

> 3 dayAfter latest update the switches are working perfectly. My original review is below. I was super excited by this product and it worked great...for about two weeks. Now the manual switch doesn’t work. I cannot turn the light on or off without my phone. I had a similar problem a couple of days ago and hit the circuit breaker to try and reset the product and that seemed to work for a few days and now I’m back to the manual switch failing again. It’s a bit frustrating. I’m hoping to find a way to update the product in hopes it will correct it he problem or else it will be returned. Original review: I don’t usually get very excited about light switches, but I am about this one. For a couple of years now I have been looking for a decent blue tooth enabled light switch that is dimmable as well as not overly expensive to run my bedroom lights. The switch is by the door and it’s a good distance from my bed, so I have often tripped over a dog toy or slipper while making my way to the bed. If I could only shut the lights off with my phone which is right beside me on my night table? I’ve tried a couple of pricey Bluetooth switches and returned them for not working well. The Meross smart WiFi dimmer switch is everything I wanted. Easy to install, nice looking led’s on the switch, and a very simple app to control the lights with, even when I’m away on vacation. Like many apps I am sure there will be some glitches, but so far I found it very straight forward and easy to use. The install was just as simple since the instructions pop up on your phone and walk you through it one step at a time. My other light switches run a black a white and a green (ground) wire. However after looking closely I noticed that the white wire coming from the switch was actually also connected to the black wire from the wall. Basically that is the break that the switch then opens or closed to allow the power to continue. Behind the switch was the white wire which you need to make this product work correctly. I attached white to white, the two blacks to the now two blacks after I separated them from the switch, and the green to the green. The switch came with wire twist connectors so it was really easy. I then turned the power back on and connected the WiFi and I was done. Less than 10 minutes for me. It’s been working great to date, and my package even came with two switches to make the price per unit even better. I couldn’t be happier.

> 3 dayBought the 2 pack 1 pole dimming switch. Easy to wire and setup on my network. I suggest disabling your provider data on your phone to ease connection to your network. Integration with Google home and Alexa was a walk in the park. The only complaint was the thickness of the switch mounts. The thickness prevented the covers from mounting flush, but lucky I was able to trim off the excess plastic from the cover.

> 3 dayWhen I first purchased this dimmer switch, I loved it and was so excited about the many possibilities to integrate it into my newly smart home. I bought 2 more dimmer switches and continued the love affair for about another month. Then one day, I updated the firmware on the Meross app and now theres a red light at the bottom of the switch that is permanently on when the lights are not in use. So annoying. The switch had no constant light before the firmware update and now this red one wont turn off. Its not overly bright, but enough to cause a distraction when in a completely dark room. Meross - Can you please revert back to when there was NO light if the switch is in off position? I understand the utility of the blue and green LEDs when the lights are turned on, but MUCH prefer the switch to be dark when lights are turned off.
