> 3 dayThe installation, wifi, HomeKit and Alexa integration is outstanding BUT there is NO FADE. That means dimming is jittery and stepped. There are no other reasonably priced price Homekit 3 way dimmers and so I’m stuck with this until someone else comes out with it.

Greater than one weekThis is a good Homekit compatible switch, simple to use and reliable. I have one of their standard switches too and Im really happy that I found Meross. They work well and are inexpensive which is important when youre trying to outfit an entire house. My only criticism, because this switch has built-in wiring you are forced to use wire nuts on all the connections. This makes for a VERY cramped box when youre installing. The wire nuts in the box are huge. Im not sure why they didnt just use standard push-in or screw connectors.

> 3 dayI have decided to use only Meross products for my home automation project. They all are of high quality, easy to install and work trouble-free. The company’s customer service is great. Prompt replies and eager to solve any problem. I strongly recommend this company.

> 3 dayWorks well, and pairing was fairly easy, but very limited dimming brightness range. Instead of having a brightness range from like 1 - 100 its more like 50-100. Even fully dimmed, they are not really dimmed much. I have other brands of smart dimmers that dim fully, but this was the only 3 way smart dimmer I could find that works with homekit. The other negative of these is that they dont come with the homekit scan QR code. They have the homekit number on the front of them so if you manually enter it, and it works fine, but it would be nice if they included the QR code to make it easier.

> 3 dayI am a big fan of the Meross products. I picked up this several of these smart dimmers to control most of the light switches in my house. You have several connectivity options like pairing directly to a voice assistant, Im a Google/Nest house and it works great. However, they also connect to Smartthings, which is how I have mine set up. I just updated all of my smart switches and dimmers to Meross products, so I hope they stay in business. Single and double gang boxes I have plenty of room even if placed with other smart switches. Triple gang boxes with all 3 being smart switches is TIGHT. If there was a way to make these a little thinner, they would be perfect.

> 3 dayI paired two dimmer switches side by side in a double wall box and named each one. I also grouped them and gave the group a name. Now that Ive connected them with the Alexa app, I can speak to turn up or down the lights of either single switch, or by the group name it adjusts both lights at the same time. They are also easy to use manually and the 5 leds on each switch shows the level of the light from dim to bright. These are exactly what I wanted, they work perfectly. I mixed up the black and brown wire on the 2nd one I installed and it didnt work at all. Once I realized my mistake and corrected the problem, they work fine.

> 3 dayUpdate: Downgraded to two stars. I would have gone to one star, but they do still work, eventually. These dimmers dont often respond the first time I ask Alexa to turn them on or off, or to dim them. I often have to ask three or four times. Alexa sometimes complains that they are not responding but most often she just accepts the command then acts like it completed successfully when it didnt. The ones I got look different than the current pictures, so maybe Meross updated them and fixed the problem, but I am replacing them with Kasa anyway. I have many other Kasa dimmers and smart switches and they all work great, so these Meross are going in the trash. :-( ----- I have these integrated with Alexa. I like to have a night light in the main part of the house during the middle of the night. I programmed a routine in Alexa called Good Night that turns the LED lights in the living room down to 5%, turns off the lights in my bedroom, tells me the overnight weather, and starts my sleep sound. Update: I got a new router and it refused to allow me to use certain characters in the password that the old router didnt have a problem with. That meant that I had to change my wifi password and reprogram EVERYTHING in the house. These switches were a real PITA to change the wifi pasword on. I eventually did it, but Im not exactly sure what steps I took to get it done. When youre programming them for the first time, its pretty straightforward. If you have to change the programming for any reason, it is quite a chore. Docking a star for that.

> 3 daythis comes in pair and if you have a new set up where ur exact need is not a pair of new smart swiches, do not buy. the logic behind these switches r different from normal dumb 3 way switches i tried to replace the main (one that draws line voltage) and only dimmer in 4 way (3 switches) set up. it works in adjusting and turning on off but my other 2 dumb switches stop working. i selected this because of homekit capability and because i have other meross switches. very disappointed i ended up with another brand of smart 3 way dimmer and have to suffer the indignity of using alexa :(

> 3 dayReplaced and under cabinet kitchen lights switch. Works great and Im was/am really impressed with the easy of installation, both physical and app. Physical installation was simple enough at the switch has your standard two connections (line & load), so that part was easy as it doesnt matter which wire connects to which lead on the switch, which are labeled well on the switch. As I was installing this in a two gang box I had a power plug, next door, which gave me access to a neutral wire, which is required for the smart part of the switch to work. Please make sure you have a neutral wire in the box you are installing the switch in, otherwise it wont work, unless of course you run a new neutral (either from the panel or from a closer location. If you do that please follow your local municipalities electrical practices or high an electrician). The app worked well better than I thought it would, which is a very nice plus. It quickly found the device and within minutes I was able to turn on/off & dim the lights. I opened Google Home (my preference) and added Meross to my home and the switch was there. Ive been testing both the Hey Google and the app incessantly and neither has failed yet, which is very impressive. Overall great product, great integration to my smart home and simple enough installation. Im very pleased.

> 3 dayI needed a smart dimmer for a 3-way switch in my hallway. This unit fit the bill on two fronts, first being a Merross product as I had several others installed already and second being able to control the light using an Alexa Routine. Installation is pretty straightforward once you identify the wiring correctly and get get the main and secondary switches wired in. Not as many dimmer options using the switch, but from the app and Alexa you have the ability to be more granular with brightness levels for the fixture.
