> 3 dayI had a problem with the set up program regarding getting it to recognize the blinking light status. ( you have to touch the text for “confirm light is blinking” this allows the next button activation and the tethering process to continue. Kudos to Darren and Diana from support. They were great at following up with me to clear this up allowing me to program my plugs

Greater than one weekWorks well once you get past the difficulty of completing the setup process. I’ve purchased five of these and they are always a challenge to program

> 3 dayI received my 4 pack of smart plugs and set the first one up with no problem. When I tried to set the second one up, the button on the top was broken. I emailed customer service and got a response 12 minutes later from Darren. After providing purchase information, I then worked with Dianna and was sent a replaced right away. It arrived just 3 days later and worked as it should. Dianna even followed up with me to make sure I received the replacement and that it worked. I am happy with the product and especially happy with the customer service. Would highly recommend!

> 3 dayI had no difficulty linking these up, however the instrucions regarding installing the app on the cell phone werer sorely lacking. I finally found the Smart Life app and got these to work with it. Initialy they did not respond with confidence when I tried to remotely turn off any of the switches using the phone app, however eventually these seemed to work better (I have no clue as to why). The other app that seems to be appropriate for these is the tubi one, and from what Ive gathered, these are the same, but how hard would it be to just provide a link to the download app using a QR code. Overall the setup and configuration is not too difficult, and with the exception of day when one of the units decided not to work until it was manually recycled by being turned on and off and reconnected, they have worked well. This is my first experience with automatiion and it seems that the manufacturers also have a learning curve, not just the users.

> 3 dayOk. After we got our tree up the power button ended up being at the back of the creed. Made It very difficult to turn lights on and off . Decided to buy another power plug to plug lights in so we could use Alexa to turn lights on smd off. It worked just like we expected. We were already using one for our living room light. Do It only made sense to use It for the Christmas tree lights lights also. Worked like a charm. My grandchildren could put the lights on and off. When they wanted.

> 3 dayWanted something that could control our non-smart bulb lamps. These were the right choice to go with, easy to pair with our wifi and alexia. Definitely a set and forget item. Have had zero problems with them since we installed them.

> 3 dayI was unable to get the app that comes with it to recognize it- which then made my Alexa app not useable. So I cant really say- but if nothing else the ability to set it up was not there. so as a normal plug with a on off I guess its ok.

> 3 daySo unfortunately for me, I have a spectrum modem one of the newly updated ones. This does not show 2.4 ghz when you go to set up the plug. I installed the Tuya Smart app on the google play store. Once you have signed up for an account and confirmed it, click on the orange plus sign on the top right, then press add device, also make sure your Bluetooth is turned on for this (it will prompt you to do so if you forget). You now will want to manually press either plug (Ble + Wi-Fi) or Socket Wi Fi. It will prompt you for the 2.4 ghz (if you dont have one, dont worry) just put in your internet password as usual. It will tell you the device is connected to 5ghz wifi, select carry on rather than switch wifi. Follow the prompts and this should do it! It worked for me with all 3 different devices I bought on 5ghz.

> 3 daySomeone gifted me one for our bearded dragon’s cage lights and it works amazing. This is the reason why I bought this one for our other bearded dragon. It does take forever to figure out how to set it up even with the instructions but once you get it going, it is great to be able to manipulate through your phone.
