SONY WH1000XM3 Bluetooth Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones, Black WH-1000XM3/B (Renewed)

One star rating because, although the headset pairs easily with Bluetooth, Windows 10 (brand new Surface 7) gives them the device name of LE_Wh-1000xM3 and does not recognise them as an audio device. They paired OK on Android and IOS but not windows 10. Therefore they are unusable on what I believe to be the latest version of Windows 10. I find Im not unique and this seems not to be an uncommon problem, which seems to require re-installing an older version of Windows. Sonys help files dont deal with this at all and there is no help to be had there. Ill have to send these back, hence the 1 star.

They work great no issues

I absolutely love these headphones, the sound quality and noise cancelling is so amazing the best product I ever heard! I would highly recommend these for those who appreciate all the sounds and instruments in the music they listen to, truly an Amazing listening experience, a little high priced, AND whoever thought a 2” charge cord was a good idea should be fired from Sony! And the guy that approved the guy who thought the cord of 2” was a good idea should also be fired! Why a 2” charging cord? Sony should reinvent this idea of a 2” cord and make it at least 3ft and give the new charge cord FREE to those that have purchased these earphones! The charge cord is actually a real funny joke! Come on Sony seriously you really dropped the ball on the charge cord! Such Dorks! Excellent product I would highly recommend! And would purchase again! Very happy customer! Except for the ridiculous charge cord!

Very good sound quality, compact for travel

Ive tested both Bose NC 35 II and I rather this hp a thousand times! NC, Sound Quality...

The nose cancelling is great along with the sounds quality. Recently had a flight and used them which cancelled out all the jet noise and made for a much better flight.

Heres my honest review: Technology vise it is great, pretty good noise canceling, touch pad etc, but the sound quality is not that good for this premium price (Im an Audiophile, so for normal folks who dont analyze that much it may seem fine and pretty enjoyable), Bass is Awesome, vocal quality is fine, but the treble is quite high which is bit irritating for me, but it can be adjusted on the equalizer in the app, other than that when connected through wire the quality of sound goes down to garbage, it sounds like 20$ headphone, so, this is only suitable for mobile phones and laptops through Bluetooth connectivity, it sucks when connected through wire to PCs, TVs and those devices which dont have Bluetooth option. Anyways, in the end of the day Im enjoying the Sony XM3 headphones, and these works best for showing off and looking cool, Lol ;)
