Fantastic ANC and lots of features. But ultimately returned headset as the call experience was poor - echoey and hard to hear (which was a deal breaker as I need to use it a lot on my commute). Hoping the M4 will be better..

Best pair of headphones out right now

After exactly 12 months the charging port failed. Unit bought 24th Dec 2020 in Amazon and received 27th Jan 2020. By Jan 2021 unit malfunctioned and I was advised not in warranty and no support. For a Sony high spec headphone I am so disappointed. Also Amazon no support to replace. Poor service for all the money spent with Amazon

Im a freelance transcriptionist, so aside from listening to music, I really needed something with high quality noise cancelling so I can clearly hear conversations, individuals speaking, even minute sounds. After some research, I decided on these and I have been so impressed - these headphones and I have been pretty much inseparable since the day they arrived.

These headphones are the best that I have ever owned. They put the Beats to shame. The sound is amazing. The noise canceling works well. The battery life is exceptional. They are extremely comfortable, even with glasses. This is a smart buy!

I dont have a single bad thing to say about these headphones, woth every penny.

The headphones themselves are great. Great ANC and sound isolation and reasonably comfortable (although I dont like that my ears touch the inside fabric unlike with my Bose QC15s).

Love the noise cancellation. Also its a good looking head set.
