From the box to the user manual, youll find a lot of it is in Chinese making it look cheap and counterfeit.

Best noise cancelling headphone in the market right now.... It does what it described ... sound quality always Sony is a remarkable.... 30hrs standby is awesome ......

These are my first higher quality headphones.

I love these headphones.

Bought to cancel noise from noisy co workers. Straight away had issues with right ear not working. Resorted to cord which didn’t seem to help. So disappointing will never buy Sony again.

Having the previous model i was blown away by their capability to improve the existing features provided. 10/10

Worked fine until they didnt. after just 2 months they stopped working. Wont turn on.

******* I don’t recommend buying these headphones if you live in a very cold climate. The functions to change tracks or play/pause will randomly trigger in the cold. This is a known issue and it’s still an issue. Happened to me during the winter in New York. Everyday walking to class in the 30 degree weather and it would change tracks or pause and even called my speed dial contacts a few times*****
