Greater than one weekThis stove has so many reviews out there that I am not going to say too much that has not been said already. Love it. Paired it with an Evernew UL cook set and it can nest in there with a can of fuel. Took a 5 day trip with it about a month ago and everyone like the setup and was impressed with boil times. I came from a BSR and all in my pack group still had them. There is a def advantage with wind and boil times with this. Used one 4oz can for my trip (am/pm boils). The one thing that I had problems with was the igniter. It seemed like it struggled in the cold for reason. Most of the time I just an external infinity in source to not waste fuel trying to get it to ignite. Overall great stove.

> 3 daySoto makes great products and the Windmaster is no exception. Its powerful (11,000 BTUs) and capable of doing so much more than just boil water. If all youre going to do is re-hydrate meals, then this stove is probably overkill for you and you should just get a generic BRS stove. but if you want to do even basic cooking on the trail, then this stove will more than meet your needs. I also really appreciate the regulator on it so you dont lose much efficiency when using it in colder weather.

> 3 dayI have done two trips with my Soto Windmaster and am very happy with it. On a few windy occasions I had no issues with the stove staying lit and working well. The burner control is good and Im able to simmer things.

> 3 dayIt boils water quickly. Just the material could be more solid. Wind proof ability isn’t up to my expectation.

> 3 dayExtremely light burner nests in its bag in my 700 ml pot perfectly. Igniter button worked every time. very fast boil time especially when coupled with a wind screen. With 1 fuel canister I boiled water for 25 freeze dried meals, 2 pots of rice at 30 minutes each, and countless cups of coffee. Unlike units with an integrated pot system this burner works with any size pot, large or small. Flame can be adjusted from low to simmer to high for boil but it boiled very quickly even at lower settings. Also worked flawlessly at 9700 ft elevation. would certainly purchase this unit again!!

> 3 dayI did a gear review of this tent on YouTube @ Hiking with epilepsy. Please refer to the video for more details. I also just got back from a trip where this was the exclusive canister stove of choice for the entire stent. It’s literally the best stove on the market in my opinion and the quietest canister stove available.

> 3 dayThis is the best small camp stove you can get on the market it boils water faster than anything it does have a removable pot rest and you have a choice of either a very small one which is very compatible or a larger one which would be good for skillets and or‘s bigger pots. It can be tricky at night to put it together or in the morning when you really want your coffee and you want to get it started before you run to the bush. But overall I would stick with this brand as this is the highest quality on the market

> 3 dayJust returned from using this stove for a week solo in the backcountry. I was entirely pleased. Now, to be honest, the igniter was not happy in the wind or cold, but a lighter fixed that in a nanosecond. This stove was a champ in windy conditions, and best of all, I baked bread in my MSR skillet with a homemade oven lid and it was easy to turn the flame down, and delicious. To cook eggs, I set a large mouth canning ring over the burner and it worked perfectly to diffuse the lowest flame so the eggs did not scorch my fry pan and was easy to clean. I love this stove. Carried it in a little plastic jar ....its a winner!

> 3 dayLove this thing. It boils water so fast! I treat it pretty gently and expect it to last a very long time. Great little item for camping, makes cooking pretty clean and easy
