Very pleased with these drawing pencils. I decided to take up drawing during lockdown and these have been great for that. They come in a tin and are presharpened. They hold a nice sharp tip for a long time.

Excellent pencils for drawing. After sketching again after years of not practicing. I wanted more depth than using the mechanical pencils I had; but I didn’t also want to spend so much for all the different leads. I opted for the pencil sets and am very satisfied! Getting better every day!

These are currently my favorite graphite pencils. Ive used derwent for years and those are good too but I feel like these are a bit smoother. I primarly use them for graphite portraits. The only thing I like the derwent pencils more for is that I feel like the size of the cores are a bit larger in the derwents than these but I prefer the softer leads in these. Something to know about the Staedtler 7B and 8B is that they do not have that graphite shine, the Derwent 7B and 8B do. This particular set does not have the 7B and 8B but I thought its something interesting to know when comparing those two brands.

these were recommended by a friend and I could not decide which size package to buy. I like that this has six pencils and frankly probably a good enough assortment of pencils. I like the little tin case to keep my pencils in and think it is a perfect size. I will probably replace my favorites one by one and continue to use the case. It is sturdy metal and has a hinged cover that snaps on tightly. The six pencils chosen include from soft to hard lead for details and shading. I would recommend this set to anyone serious about drawing. The only thing I might like better is if they were round instead of six sided. The six sided is nice because your pencils will not roll off the table but I find that round pencils are easier to sharpen without breaking. Be careful when sharpening!

Bought these for my artist Adult daughter in law. Superb quality. She said they are her favorite pencils for drawing portraits. Would definitely buy again.

My dad uses these for art drawing when I was little. 40 years later when I got into drawing I bought myself the same brand and they are good pencils. I’m happy with them.

These pencils allow for heavier application without graphite shine.

Some of the best pencils I have ever used. Much better then Derwents in my opinion. The graphite smooths much easier for blending, and the softer leads (7b & 8b) leave a really dark/almost black) looking mark. They also sharpen very well and hold alot sharper of a point then the Derwents do. Even the 8b holds a sharp point and does not break off the second you apply a little pressure. I wish my local stores sold these individually so I wouldnt have to order a pack of them each time, but its worth buying the whole kit. I already ordered 3 kits just to have them ready.
