If you were around when Star Wars first came out. THIS would have been the greatest gift EVER!!! Will not fit fat heads (which I have) but who cares, it is fantastic.

Excellent quality and accuracy for the price. It is even comparable to far more expensive masks. I have been looking for a film quality Vader mask for a while, but didnt want to break the bank. Im extremely happy with the purchase.

This is a great helmet, not just on the outside authentic appearance, but the way it’s designed to piece together over your head similar to how Darth Vader needed it.

Got it more for display than for a costume piece. But I had to put it on once, of course. Inner straps loosened easily enough - much like those as a hockey helmet does, moreso than hardhats Ive had. I have a large noggin (I forget the measurements, but it comes to XXL with most ball cap manufacturers), and a couple small adjustments was all it took to make for a decent fit. The magnets that snap the pieces together are numerous and quite powerful, once youve got the straps positioned correctly. As stated already, its rather warm, and the field of vision is surprisingly wide. Its not hard to imagine a humid day fogging up the lenses quickly. The mechanical breathing sound effect is a short duration but is also quite loud inside of the mask, making it difficult to hear others whom are speaking to you during that time. Again, to reiterate what others have said, the supply of sound effects includes are the breathing, the compression/decompression whoosh when the mask is detached/reattached from the collar piece, and the rasping when the collar is separated. There is no voice modulation; but there seems to be reasonable room inside to be able to rig one up yourself. It gets high marks from me because it is a show-stealing display piece, and I believe worth the money for just that alone. I love it.

Ordered this for my 13 year old grandson for his birthday. Was surprised at the quality and he loved it. For the price it was very nice. I have seen the same type of item for hundreds more but very much alike.
