> 24 hourI am in the process of finishing my basement and the area under the stairs is where all the network cables terminate. Before I had a couple switches in a giant server rack which wont work anymore. I screwed this rack vertically into the studs above the box where the ethernet cables come out of the wall. I added a rack mount power strip and three 24 port switches. and it works great.

> 24 hourWell, this is a simple rack, but it was very useful to mount a network switch side ways flat on the wall.

> 24 hourI mounted a piece of painted plywood to the wall in order to attach this to the plywood without having to worry about hitting the studs in the wall. Its holding a cisco poe switch and a 1u server with 1u to spare for a UPS I plan on adding. This is all for a PC based security system that mounts compactly against the wall without any sort of depth limit of the rack devices.

> 24 hourUsed it to mount a switch and firewall in a SOHO environment. Keeps it low profile and out of the way. This little rack carrie dthe only IT equipment we needed in this office: A 19 switch and a 19 firewall.

> 24 hourIt took six screws to install this into an area below my wall-mount rack, and then my non-essential equipment mounted very easily. This saved me a slot in my rack for something later that needs to be locked up.
