Greater than one weekThis mailbox was easy to install and looks very nice. Several of my neighbors have complimented me about it. One recommendation: when installing, I of course cemented a 4x4 post into the ground. But at ground level, I poured a small rectangular pad that goes under the mailbox. As a result, the mailbox rest on this pad and it is very easy to weed eat around. I just made a rectangle out of 1x2 boards and poured extra concrete. Looks great!

> 3 daySemi indestructible unless it takes a direct hit from a snowplow. Plenty large enough for every day mail. Live on a busy State road. Rear access was a major selling point. USPO mail doors are held by magnets. Great plus over the old metal mailboxes with the metal tab on top. Separate compartment for newspapers is good too ... if only the paper guy would use it. Hes still going for 3 point lay up shots on my driveway from his drivers side window.

Greater than one weekThe mailbox is easy to put together after a long day of digging, filling, and packing dirt. The magnets are NOT strong as the product description states. I replaced the with Neodymium Magnets N42 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/4 with holes for screws and reused the steel plates. Now, it works great and the door doesnt fall open on its own.

> 3 dayOverall, it is a good quality mailbox and should hold up well. My only issue is that the interior of the mailbox is smaller than my old Rubbermaid. The overall size is about the same, but they could have expanded the inside if they had not made the walls so unnecessarily thick,

> 3 dayReceived in excellent condition and on time. Installation was very easy since we already had a 4 wood post from the previous mailbox. Just cut that down a little so 4 were showing above ground and screwed the Step 2 mailbox to it with the hardware provided. The magnetic door latch snaps shut securely and theres the nice feature of having a rear opening in case theres traffic on the street side or when snow banks partly block access. Stick-on numbers are provided but they are not reflective nor were there enough to put the house number on both sides - so not as convenient as it might be for people finding your address after dark.
