Greater than one weekNot much to say about streamlight gear. Its bright enough for my purposes it takes a beating. Easy to charge but mines been going strong for 2 weeks on 1 charge.

> 3 dayBought this due to the very low red output. Surprisingly a low output red light is a tough find. The white light isn’t used for me.

> 3 dayBut other than that. Good little light. Used with red light a few times to scribble a note down and didnt screw up natural night Vision.

> 3 dayThe factory dome light in my 2016 Tahoe illuminates the dash board more than the driver seat area. I occasionally have to complete forms on a clip board while sitting in the driver seat. The position of the factory dome lights meant that this was done in the dark. The Clipmate is attached to my driver visor. It illuminates the driver seat area perfectly, and stays out of the way when not in use. I can still use the visor as intended during the day.

Greater than one weekThis comes in handy when youre crammed under the kitchen sink in a tight spot while replacing the stupid leaking faucet and trying to use a flashlight that points anywhere but where you need it. Unfortunatly I didnt have this light when I actually did replace the faucet, but now I can see how the potential is huge. I did, however, need to check for leaks on said replaced faucet and the streamlight worked wonderfully. It directed the light where I need it and shined bright enough to look for any leaks (none, thank goodness). Charging it was straight forward. Take the bottom cover off, push the little metal recharging thing sticking out into the provided ac wall adapter and plug the adapter in. You can also charge it with your computer via a usb prot, although Im not sure if Ill ever use that feature. The bulb is LED and it is pretty bright on high (70 lumens). There is also a low setting (10 lumens). The battery life states 3.5 hour and 24 hours, respecively.. I havent tested it since I use the light only on occasion. It is very light weight, so it doesnt weigh my hat down when wearing it. Im not sure what the red light is for, but it works. Overall, a bit pricey, but it does the job.
