Streamlight 68750 Dualie 3AA 140-Lumen Intrinsically Safe Industrial Flashlight with Spot/Flood and 3 AA Alkaline Batteries, Yellow

My wife and I use the flashlight every day. We use both the flood as well as the spot light on it. I liked it so much I bought another one. I highly recommend this light.

An interesting design. In addition to the standard front-facing light, this flashlight also includes a side-facing/downward-facing light. Both are controlled by separate switches. Advertised as being 140 lumens for each light, and that seems to be right on. Both lights provide a nice white light. The main (front) beam is more a spotlight beam, which gives a pretty good reach. The side beam is more a wide floodlight beam. I bought this to replace an older flashlight in my glove compartment that finally died. The side beam is excellent for just laying on the ground or somewhere in the engine compartment, allowing light everywhere. The yellow color makes it easy to find if dropped. The clip on the end will catch on your pocket when you try to take it out, but thats good as it will be less likely to drop while moving around. This version DOES NOT have the magnetic end cap. Takes 3 AAA batteries in the standard weird arrangement, but the batteries slip out and back in easily. Spec sheet says waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes, but Ive only tested it for a quick dunk. I have a medium-sized hand and this light fits nicely in it. Overall, a really nice light for the car or camping.

It turns on and off, no cycling through strobe, sos, or who knows what else. The flashlight contains a forward facing light and a bottom flood light so you can see what is both ahead of you and what you are about to walk into. I have not tested its water resistance or battery life however the flashlight is bright enough to where I fill comfortable using it regularly.

This light is almost bright enough to see into the future! When I shine it at my dogs at night I can see them running away and think, I knew they were going to do that!

Using this light inside and up close outside it is great but anything for distance is not the best. What drew me to this light is the battery life and ease of use. to many other flashlights have the sos or strobe light mode with almost 0 practical real world use. This has the spot and flood light with 2 separate buttons with 2 modes. on and off. I did wish this light was a bit brighter but even then i still love this light and intend on buying a few more to keep in the vehicles and around the house. Build quality is great, best quality plastic flashlight i have ever bought.

I am very impressed. Good light on both settings. Seperate light to see your path where you are and regular beam for distance. good idea and design.Just good basic flashlight, no fancy add on and modes. Takes standard aa batteries. Nice yellow color so easier to see even if you drop it some where in bad weather. Nice clip to hang on belt or pants or hook in house. I will probably get a few more for house and barn. Cant comment on durability because i have had it a month so far.

Im 50 years old. I have been looking for a good all around flashlight my whole life. I can finally stop. After receiving my first 2 Streamlight Dualies, I ordered 8 more. Gathered up most of my flashlights around the house and camper and threw them all away. I do own a couple premium Surefire tactical lights that I put in entirely different category. But for a non-tactical reasonable priced flashlight, this is it. I hope the durability works out.

Just buy a few of these for by the doors gloveboxes shop etc so good

No dislikes. I like that its intrinsically safe, water resistant and dies not roll when you lay it down. Also like the built in clip that can be used if you want and is not in the way if you want to just stuff it in your pocket not using the clip.
