> 3 dayFirst off I love this flashlight. It is the most powerful flashlight you can buy that is set at a right angle, and it works phenomenally. I only have a couple complaints: First, the latch that secures the battery pack in place is incredibly tough to open. In fact I cannot do it with my fingers, I have to use a blunt metal object to pry it open. Im going to try to sand it down a bit to see if that helps but well see. Second, the smoke cutter buttons are really tight in the hole that is provided for them, its so snug of a fit that I had to use pliers to get one out. So, there are a couple measurement issues it would seem. Third and finally, my biggest gripe is that it insists that you use Alkaline batteries or else you void the product warranty. When I was going to be using some Ni-MH rechargeable batteries so I wouldnt have to buy the rechargeable model of this flashlight... So, Im really not sure why that makes any difference other than you didnt spend the extra for THEIR rechargeable product so they write that into the warranty to punish you.

> 3 dayThis light is well worth every penny spent. This light is CRAZY bright, has a low setting (nice for not blinding the neighbors @ 3am) and has a flashing function perfect for that just in case mayday happens. You will not regret buying this light!

> 3 dayI have an older model of this flashlight that Ive had for several years. Unfortunately, I have dropped from levels of 15 several times and have tape holding the lens cover together. It still works, but I deciding to get a new one. This flashlight is worth the money especially if it is used daily and in rough service. The carry hook on the new model is definitely a plus!

> 3 dayKick the living $h!t out here things in the fire service and they take it like a champ. Only time Ive ever had a problem with a Streamlights they replaced it no questions asked, it wasnt a piddle issue either, I outright destroyed the light and told them so, new one enroute!

> 3 dayAwesome light, build quality is top notch. Just fyi the beam pattern is VERY narrow, but it is good for what it is designed for (smoky buildings).
