Greater than one weekWe went on vacation hoping this device would allow lights to come on at certain times. It never worked as the devices were no longer on the same wifi network as my phone. Waste of money.

> 3 dayIn a house with no overhead lighting these are the best to have automatic light on night. These are so easy to set up and use. Will definitely continue to buy these in the future!

> 3 dayThese are a great way to find out what your bigger power wasters are in your house and/or have a controllable power switch. I only gave it 3 stars for ease of use because I had to contact customer support to find out how to delete the power usage history when I want to move the switch to a different plug/device. Plot twist: you cant. However, if you hold the button for about 20 seconds it will completely reset the SwitchBot. Then you just delete and re-add it in the app.

Greater than one weekThis plug is completely unreliable. Some days it works, other days it does not. Buy from a different company. I’m totally disappointed. I bought 3 of these and they are all inconsistent. Trash product, waste of money.

> 3 dayVery affordable. It arrived fast but first time without instructions. I had to return it and the seller followed up and sent a replacement along with instruction. Good customer service in doing so. The replacement arrived quickly and it took me just a few seconds to connect it. It works great. Nice product. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayI love home automation, but one item that has bugged me is being able to create events based on power consumption. Switchbot was the only smart device that actually worked! I had an amplifier for my home entertainment system that I only want turned on when the TV was turned on and automatically turn off when the tv turns off. I hooked the tv to 1 outlet and setup a scene to monitor when that outlet uses >50 watts, and to turn on the amps switch. Also turn off the amps switch when watts < 50watts. Works like a charm.
