I couldnt even finish spraying 1gal of woolwax before the cup stripped off the gun. The whole thing is made from very cheap aluminum..becids the cheap bendable plastic. It took me 3.5hrs to spray 90% of a 1gal can on a 80* day with the can sitting in the sun. Maybe this gun is just very slow too. I had to run it at 90psi. Im returning and buying a better brand next time.

I purchased Undercoating, Amazon recommended this product with it. Not compatible!!!

Maybe I got lucky, but I had zero issues with using this to undercoat and Escalade. Was in use for an hour straight without a hiccup. Applied the product perfectly too

Nice easy to use. Only complaint is the hoses came off of the barbed ends easily. I wrapped a tiny zip tie around to act like a hose clamp and it held up a bit better.

Worked amazing for applying fluid film undercoating.

Worked ok. Make sure temperatures are warmer so the thick liquid flows smoothly. Above 75. Its a messy job but well worth it. The colder the temp the higher the pressure at the gun.

FLUID FILM DOES WORK WITH THE EXTENSION NOZZLE, it just needs to be heated first. I found a forum thread about a guy that used Fluid Film in a hand pump sprayer bottle after heating it up to make it less viscous. He can do that, then theres no reason why gun with 90PSI behind it cant work! Since so many reviews on here were saying the extension wand didnt work, I decided to try it heated. There was no problem. I used a fondue heater thats like a small crock pot. Others have heated the can of Fluid Film while submerged in a pot of water on an electric hotplate. However, you should expect only a fine mist from the nozzle of the extension. Is that bad? NO. It atomizes the Fluid Film and positively gives you a nearly spherical spray pattern. If you are under the car where its dark, you will not even see the Fluid Film coming out. Hold it up in sunlight and its pretty obvious. I suspect another issue is people spraying with the regular nozzle first and then switching to the extension wand. Since theres a huge difference in volume output between the two nozzles, I can see where someone would think the extension doesnt work. I would say it would take 3 slow passes in one spot to equal the amount that is sprayed by the regular nozzle. I have used this gun to spray Fluid Film and the HF brand of bed liner. Although I probably could have benefited from an adjustable nozzle for the bedliner, it is of no consequence for the Fluid Film. You simply adjust your air pressure and gun sweeping pattern. So if youre not doing anything that has aesthetic demands, this gun will be perfect for you. Even then, my bumper turned out just fine for someone with zero experience using an air compressor to paint something. I took off one star partly because of the false description of there being an adjustable nozzle. Its not in the least bit. Another part of the one star is the brass fitting on the end that the nozzle screws into must have had some type of thread sealant on it that made it impossible to remove without breaking the aluminum housing. I took it off so I can clean bedliner out of the orifice, and put it back on with teflon. So in that regard I do not think its easy to clean if cant be readily disassembled.

It does work well and it is easy to fill, but the trigger is cheaply made and the hoses ended up coming off the brass nipples and I had to add clamps to keep the hoses attached. Okay, but not great.
