Not the easiest to set up, it took some time, but works as promised. This system is also very durable as weve been using it on a commercial door that gets a lot of traffic and the system has held up. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend.

This product worked as advertised. Installation was easy and the instructions were clear enough that I didnt have any trouble wiring the components with the control box. Response time for tech support is excellent. I had a couple of questions during set up and the response time was quick and Chen Wood answered my questions in a timely manner.

I was looking for a complete system that would allow me to secure a data center using electric door strikes, but had great logging to ensure very strict access in and out. I had been looking at systems 4 times the cost, but rolled the dice and went with this system hoping to save some money. It turned out to be a great roll of the dice as this system has worked extremely well, it is fast, and up to this point very reliable. But what pushed me over the edge is the support. I had run into a few small issues during implementation and so I emailed their support expecting a slow turn around. But I had a response within the hour and the questions I had were quickly resolved through email.

This is the first of many access systems I am installing and I will certainly buy from this company again. They are always there for support. My emails were answered promptly and when the system went live I had a small issue that they resolved at 1:30 am their time! Great value for the price, I added battery backup and 600 more key-fobs and this is working perfectly. Everyone is very pleased. Thank you for the great product and even better support!

We found the right product and cannot be happier with it. Not only is it easy to use but it is also very pocket friendly. The functionality is so easy for our employees as well as for the person that manages the software. We are able to add, delete, and grant access on the software on a blink of an eye. The cards are do not get damaged like your credit cards do when close to magnets or a magnetic field. Do not bend the card because then it will not function, but this is hard to do because the card is made pretty thick. We most definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable and secure door access system.

We have had this installed in the building for just over six months. It works great and gives us a log of our employees coming in and out of the building. I need some tech support today and they where very quick with responding and resolved the issue in a very friendly and fast service
