I was looking for a complete system that would allow me to secure a data center using electric door strikes, but had great logging to ensure very strict access in and out. I had been looking at systems 4 times the cost, but rolled the dice and went with this system hoping to save some money. It turned out to be a great roll of the dice as this system has worked extremely well, it is fast, and up to this point very reliable. But what pushed me over the edge is the support. I had run into a few small issues during implementation and so I emailed their support expecting a slow turn around. But I had a response within the hour and the questions I had were quickly resolved through email.

First, we had the wiring professionally installed. However, I looked over the provided material (manual and online tutorial videos) as I was programming the system, and it was pretty straightforward. The systems programming takes some time to understand fully, but once you know what you need to navigate, it is a breeze. The real differentiator, however, is the support. So while they say they will support you for life, for the first 6 months of owning this system, if I email them, I have an email back with an answer that solves issues within 12 hours (next morning). There is always a tutorial video (of less than 2 minutes) explaining just about anything you are trying to do with the system. Whether you need to have the doors automatically open/close at certain times or if you want to schedule access for individuals at certain times, the support people are there to help you with an email response and usually a video. If you are a novice, this team of support people will be able to help you get this going regardless of what issues you run into. I will definitely repurchase this system if I ever have the need. Purchase with peace of mind.

Bought this system to control 4 doors within our office. The system was easy to set up and wire. Package came with everything needed. Software is user friendly. We did have a couple questions with the set up and tech support was excellent. Fast reply and knowledgeable.

Wonderful door system. Easy to install and use and a fraction of what we were quoted by brivo for a similar system at our 24/7 gym. Highly recommend and customer support is excellent as well.

Unit was shipped quickly and complete. The instructions are on the internet with Youtube videos to help with installation and programming. My PC found the unit and was easy to navigate. I did send a question to the vendor and they responded within 24 hrs. I will be evaluating the unit for a couple of months and if successful I will order additional units.
