Setup the system pretty easily, so far it works well. Documentation looks thrown together but I was able to figure it out. There are inputs for the card reader, door status and request to exit, and output is a relay. You can use the web interface directly or use the windows application. For my application it suits my needs. Before this I purchased a honeywell netaxs system and found it unusable because the web interface is so slow. I also purchased their winpak software, altogether costing almost $2k. I felt so stupid when I realized a board under $100 would do the job better. This is to replace a system by summit that I inherited that cost $1k and requires a $60/mo fee. No way Im paying that.

I initially had some issues getting the software to find the controller but I emailed the supplier and they quickly sent me step by step directions. Once I followed those steps it was pretty easy to setup. I like that you can add keys from the door or from the usb reader. I contacted support again with some more questions (this was my first door install). They quickly replied with an answer. Support has been great.

First you should know I install high end access systems for a living, but for your home or small business this is perfect. However unless you are expericaned in phishing walls or cutting in locks the install might be a bit tricky. I have this in my home to open 3 man doors and the garage overhead door. The app is very handy if you forgot your fob but have your phone. I did have to order from a locksmith door handles that do not automatically unlock when the inside handle is turned. I wanted the doors to always lock when shut. Had to get storage closet handles for that.

Ive installed the first 4 door system, 2nd one going in today. I will eventually have 8 systems. Installation: I suggest if youve never installed a door system, watch the videos provided and read the support material before you get started. You will not have trouble if you do this. Everything is explained in great detail. I had a friend along who has installed door systems professionally and he was impressed with the quality, price and ease of setting up users and privileges.. Support: If you have questions, email works great and the responses are fast. For these reasons I give 5 star - Quality, Price and Support.

Purchased this system and installed, easy install if you follow directions. emailed customer support on a few questions. They understood my questions and gave the support i needed. all in all very pleased with this system and support. Simple.... Easy

I was a bit worried at first but after installing the solution, running ethernet cabling, and setting up the controller, everything just works. The support is near instantaneous and greatly appreciated.

This is my 2nd purchase of this ACS. My original works great. But the new model has a power supply issue. When I installed the 2nd ACS, the elocks worked intermittently. I immediately requested a replacement which was provided within a few days. Good replacement support. But the same issue occurred. I had my tech guys troubleshoot the problem and we noticed that the power supply is different from our 1st product. We put our own power supply in and the 2nd ACS worked just fine. So, the issue is the new power supply coming with the product is inferior. Needs a better power supply. Otherwise this product would get 5 stars.
