Easily connects to Alexa or use their app. Works great. Being able to program lights or turn them on/off from another room is so convenient.

I was unable to use the plugs because the app provided instructions only in Mandarin and I did not see an option to change the language. Too much trouble to download an app, then link it to Alexa, and the app is in another language. I will be returning these immediately.

Dont know how too use it

I could not connect to their website. When i called the customer service number i got an answering machine. I left multiple messages and never heard back from them. I immediately returned them for a refund.

The Bell smart plug by Tenda works great with Alexa. I love the fact that I can turn on my lights through voice commands. Set up is super easy and took only a few minutes to install.

Could not get it to connect. Have an Amazon smart plug and it was not an issue to set that plug up. I guess this one is cheap.

This is my first smart plug and I am very pleased. I have found it extremely reliable and easy to use.

Sending it back. I dont want another app to work with Alexa.

You set them up, which is frustrating. Then you get them to work and a couple of weeks later they seem to forget. So you set them up again and theres nothing you can do to get them to work. Server unresponsive...what?
