> 24 hourI had this product for four months and when I try to charge this product it would not charge via the USB or the additional cradle that I purchased for this product. I tried to reach out to Bose they would not help me because I could not read the serial number that is not visible with the human eye on the bottom of the product. I thought Bose was a more reputable company and was hoping he would stand by their product I’ve had nothing but problems with the speaker. So to pay this much money for a product it only lasts 4 months is definitely a disappointment save your money do not purchase this faulty product.

I think the sound link is my favorite because; the sound delivers beautifully, it is lightweight, it has a long battery life, it connects to Bluetooth faster than any other speaker I own, and the price point is not over the top. This is a speaker that will travel well wherever you do. Very satisfied with this purchase.
