> 3 dayI got this for my guy because someone on the beach had one and it sounded good. We are pretty happy with the sound. It’s well rounded, with good base. It sounds best up high, without anything else around it though, because otherwise it can sound muffled.

> 3 dayIve had this speaker for a little over a year and the battery died and wont charge any more. I contacted customer support and they said since its been over a year that they cant fix it. Ill never be buying any Bose products ever again.

Greater than one weekLiterally six months after purchasing this for my husband it no longer works,,, does not charge. I even purchased the charging surface and it still doesn’t charge. Went through Bose website and did EVERY troubleshoot step and reset and it still doesn’t work. I cannot get a response fine ANYONE to assist or replace either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
