07-06-2025I was happy to find the Elf available from Amazon just before Christmas. It was out of stock nearly everywhere. It came in a nice sturdy box with a cute book. My grandson was very excited.

> 3 dayI ordered the light blue eyed girl. The package did arrive very quickly! It wasn’t supposed to come until 12/6 and it came today 12/1. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I realized I received the wrong elf and had a guy in the dark brown eyed boy. I am mediately contacted the seller and within 20 minutes. I had a response that I could return it and they would replace it with my correct elf I ordered. I was in a dilemma because today already started December and didn’t want to wait any longer to start this tradition with my daughter who has been eagerly waiting for her own elf. I told seller I wasn’t going to deal with the hassle of returning and waiting on another one and would just keep this one, but I was obviously still pretty disappointed, especially seeing how bummed my little girl was that she didn’t have a girl. the seller empathized and said being a parent that they completely understood my disappointment and offered to just send me a second one with the correct elf I had ordered. So now she will have 2! I was very impressed with the customer service, the quick response, and then sending the correct one to make things right and make sure they had a happy customer at the end of the day. We unfortunately don’t see enough of this incredible customer service from other businesses anymore. this seller knew they made an error and did what they had to in order to make it right. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be a returning customer. mistakes happen, especially during the holidays as I’m sure they are sending out hundreds of these elves daily. I appreciate this gesture so much! My daughter will be over the moon when she is surprised with her girl elf! I will definitely have to record it. Thank you to this seller for showing there still are good, ethical, moral and just nice business owners with hearts out there.
