Love Elf on the Shelf, however how do you deliver a secret Magical Elf without it putting it in a Amazon box!!! Just in Original Packing with an Amazon label slapped on it…. Hard to disguise or make up something when your children receive the package from the doorstep. Kind of a let down. Thanks Amazon.

I ordered the light blue eyed girl. The package did arrive very quickly! It wasn’t supposed to come until 12/6 and it came today 12/1. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I realized I received the wrong elf and had a guy in the dark brown eyed boy. I am mediately contacted the seller and within 20 minutes. I had a response that I could return it and they would replace it with my correct elf I ordered. I was in a dilemma because today already started December and didn’t want to wait any longer to start this tradition with my daughter who has been eagerly waiting for her own elf. I told seller I wasn’t going to deal with the hassle of returning and waiting on another one and would just keep this one, but I was obviously still pretty disappointed, especially seeing how bummed my little girl was that she didn’t have a girl. the seller empathized and said being a parent that they completely understood my disappointment and offered to just send me a second one with the correct elf I had ordered. So now she will have 2! I was very impressed with the customer service, the quick response, and then sending the correct one to make things right and make sure they had a happy customer at the end of the day. We unfortunately don’t see enough of this incredible customer service from other businesses anymore. this seller knew they made an error and did what they had to in order to make it right. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be a returning customer. mistakes happen, especially during the holidays as I’m sure they are sending out hundreds of these elves daily. I appreciate this gesture so much! My daughter will be over the moon when she is surprised with her girl elf! I will definitely have to record it. Thank you to this seller for showing there still are good, ethical, moral and just nice business owners with hearts out there.

Every cute item that comes with a book. You can also go online and get a personalized certificate of adoption and letter from Santa. Kids love it so far. Just received it today and told the littles that santa dropped off a gift early for them, that will help him keep an eye on how good they are being. Kids keep saying they see the elf move lol. Should be a fun holiday tradition. Wish it was a little cheaper like $20 but it is still worth it.

So this was my first year doing the elf on the shelf and I this elf seems to be popular, so I bought it. I ALWAYS read reviews and somehow I missed it but this one does NOT have wired arms and legs which really put a damper on things and his hands are stitched together. I ended up finding some floral wire in the basement and snipped his hands apart, tore the stitches out of the tips of the hands and the creases of the elbows and ran the wire up through his arms and sewed them shut again. Still didnt work great, the wire I had on hand was too thin. Oh well, we made due and my 5 yr old loved him.

My husband wanted to do this for our 3 year old and I had no experience with the elf on the shelf. I think it’s creepy, an elf that watches you and reports to Santa! Lol but my 3 year old loves it and my husband enjoys moving it around to surprise him in the morning. Idk which one likes it more. As long as they are happy I am happy. It is exactly as I had anticipated.

Great purchase. Im enjoying creating the antics as much as my son is enjoying taking part in them each morning.

This is by far the most evil thing I have ever brought into my home. My paralysis demon could not be more thrilled. 10/10 would buy again!
