> 24 hourIm a graduate student whos in the rain a lot, running to catch buses to go to class and stuff. And Ive had some really annoying experiences with umbrellas; some wouldnt close, theyd fold in the wind, etc. I almost have a closet full of broken umbrellas. So the repel umbrellas lifetime warranty caught my eye and I decided to invest. Its pretty long so it doesnt fit in a bag and I have to carry it around but its really strong. I love how its reversable and the ribs are covered underneath. The only issue I have with it is how it doesnt lock-in very easily when I open it. I kind of twist and turn it a little for the umbrella to stay in place when its opened and that is a little frustrating but I get it right in about two or three tries. I did end up buying one of their travel size umbrellas and thats definitely more ergonomic and easier to keep opened. Still, a good purchase for those really bad storms.

> 24 hourI like the design of the umbrella, but I was expecting a one-push open and a slightly larger circumference. Other than that the inside is beautiful and feels sturdy. Ive only had to use it once since purchased

> 24 hourThe Umbrella is pretty strong and a great size- Having kids and sports- this is essential. Typically, I would say 5 stars but I was a little taken aback at the picture vs the actual product- I ordered the Navy- and it looks like its a nice two-tone black top with navy inside- when I received the umbrella- its all Navy- and the rods are orange- Again its not a deal breaker and I like the rods in orange- but think maybe they should work on the product pictures to give an accurate idea of what it looks like. Updated: After my post, Upper Echelon reached out and were nothing short of amazing- they asked a couple questions about my order and fixed it right away- The umbrella is great but the service was even better!

> 24 hourIf you arent sure about purchasing this umbrella, dont think twice! I recently moved to Rexburg for college, and I can say that it rains often and the wind blows hard, but it isnt an issue with this umbrella and I couldnt be more happy about the quality! Its wind resistant, I love the colors, and its easy to use. The weekend before my birthday I bought myself the red one, and my mom bought me the purple flower patterned one- I was sad at first but it really isnt a problem- I decided to hold onto both of them and keep one at home as a backup I loved this umbrella so much. Dont think twice, this umbrella is amazing and it wont let you down!

> 24 hourWhile it worked, I really liked this umbrella. No more getting wet trying to get in the car when it’s raining. The problem is that after using few times, the umbrella rib tip was broken into two pieces. Updated: After my email, Upper Echelon sent me a replacement one. Excellent customer service.

> 24 hourIn theory it’s a great design, in practicality it sucks. You have to put the underside out in the rain when you open it, when just makes the underside drip on you. That’s if it stays open - half the time it takes 10x to make it stick. Closing it is a nightmare. You either have to do it out in the rain and get when that way or you’ll try to close it when getting into your car and it literally gets your entire car wet. And just like any normal umbrella, it just drips and leaves a puddle. Do yourself a favor and get a normal umbrella.

> 24 hourThis umbrella is pretty innovative. I like the way it folds down and stands on its own keeping the run off to a minimum. Its compact and lightweight making it easy to carry. It comes with a sleeve like carrying case you can sling on your shoulder or on your back, (think samurai sword). I have only used it a few times and never on a really windy days. I cannot address how well it will do on windy rainy weather. So far the umbrella has worked well and it appears to be well made. I like this umbrella so much Im going to be gifting it to my daughters and maybe even my son.
