> 24 hourThe Umbrella is pretty strong and a great size- Having kids and sports- this is essential. Typically, I would say 5 stars but I was a little taken aback at the picture vs the actual product- I ordered the Navy- and it looks like its a nice two-tone black top with navy inside- when I received the umbrella- its all Navy- and the rods are orange- Again its not a deal breaker and I like the rods in orange- but think maybe they should work on the product pictures to give an accurate idea of what it looks like. Updated: After my post, Upper Echelon reached out and were nothing short of amazing- they asked a couple questions about my order and fixed it right away- The umbrella is great but the service was even better!

> 24 hourThe little metal posts stick out past the end of the umbrella and even the slightest amount of bumping bends the ends that hold the fabric of the outer layer of the umbrella. Update: Ill update it to 4 star. I contacted support and they immediately sent out a replacement. Ill just have to be extra careful with putting it down in the car so it doesnt snag on the carpet.

> 24 hourThis umbrella performs exactly as expected and unfolds easily as I am getting in and out of my vehicle and folds back up without drenching me! Yay! The handle is sturdy and has a good grip, and the wrist loop is great for toting it along with my purse and leaves my hands free. I like that the top side is uniform black, but the inside is gorgeous with a floral design that is very striking and feminine. I anticipate that the sturdy design will give me many years of overall performance. Would make a great gift too. I am so happy with this purchase.

> 24 hourAmazing umbrella, I absolutely love it. My complaint is with the carrying sleeve, it wasnt designed to hold an umbrella with the spines pointing in. The metal tips are punching through the end of the sleeve, not only exposing them to wear, but how long before it just tears through the bottom, and the whole umbrella falls through? A solid cap to distribute the weight on the fabric would be an easy fix, I guess its just an oversight. The umbrella gas 2 clicks. When you open it, the first lock position is normal, and its rigid. However, if you push it open further, it clicks again, and the whole thing becomes limp. I believe this is to protect it from breaking in the wind, it collapses when its pushed open too far. At first, I thought my umbrella was broken, before I realized I was just opening it too far. So heads up to anyone with one, its an intended design to keep it from breaking, and not a defect.

> 24 hourBroke on my first use. I do like the idea of it reversing, it feels light, and the handle is comfortable. But it also felt cheap and wobbly when moving around. (Walking) I used it on a day with some showers and the handle broke free from the shaft. My guess is the glue didn’t set properly when attached. I was originally going to replace it when I realized it is a bit small for my needs. It did stop rain but it only covered my head and the arm holding it. This would work as a backup umbrella to keep in the car, but I’ll be returning this and moving up to a stick or golf umbrella.

> 24 hourMaterial is durable and the way it closes is a great idea. I’m buying one for my daughter and myself, too.
