Greater than one weekBest thermal paste with 1 noctua industrial fan and a cheap cooler master block this is keeping my cpu at around 26 c and with my fan can drop to 900 rpm with case fans off and it is at around 32 c. Just make sure you use the tool and spread it evenly across whole cpu. I am using Ryzen 3600 great results for air cooling.
