Its the best thermal i had. For me it wasnt necessary to repaste, but getting motherboard of on a clevo p670 out, i needed something good! temps for GTX 1060 dont go over 62, 29 idle, and i5 6300HQ 60-65, 32 idle.

I applied this immediately once it showed up at my house, switching from my much older Arctic Silver compound. Severely unimpressed, Ive been building computers a long time and I know Ive applied it correctly. I actually lost roughly 6C in performance by switching. under 100% load for 15 minutes on Arctic Silver I get about 74C-75C, on this paste I hit 80C and it climbs. There are some serious hot spots as well, certain cores at 70-71C others at 78-80C. Im rather unhappy with the results of this product as it is so expensive comparatively and is supposed to be much better.

I lead with the following caveats: I do not build systems frequently, I do not overclock them, and I was not very scientific about testing this.

Ho fatto il cambio di pasta termica del mio macbook a giugno 2021 e a gennaio 2022 ho dovuto di nuovo sostituirla, ho seguito la procedura del chicco di riso ma probabilmente sarebbe stato meglio spalmarla. Comunque non mi è sembrata una buona pasta termica, adesso sto usando quella a metallo liquido e il computer rimane fisso su temperature umane 36 ° incredibile quanto sia efficiente.

Great stuff and works very well, would be 5 stars but using the recommended spatula method it seemed to pull itself back off the cpu. I then tried the x shape on cpu method and with my AIO fitted its giving very even temps across all 6 cores. Running an 8600k at 5ghz at 1.3v with a Corsair H80i V2 cooler my Temps at idle are 29c and whilst gaming sit at around 55c.

Definitely recommend this to anyone having overheating issues on their laptop. I have an msi gs63vr laptop with an i7-7700HQ and it was running at 95°C with 5% of the CPU being used, even when undervolted.

I don’t want to give one star because it’s a great product but I got Hydronaut instead. They are almost the same thing but I was still disappointed.

Paste was very thick when I used it, it was thicker than peanut butter. Difficult to smear the paste over my cpu compared to other pastes, even with the included smear tool. Was not happy with my first application so I re applied it and did not have enough for my second application.

Its just 1gm . However, it serves one time purpose which is exactly why I liked it. No wastage of the paste.
