Greater than one weekMy computer is 8 years old. I delidded it and relidded it using this thermal paste. It dropped 20 degrees under idle and probably a solid 40 under load (upped the clock and the temp is still 10 degrees lower). Later I found out my old cooler had a hidden layer of dust as well which dropped temps another 10 degrees(went from 3.4ghz to 4 then to 4.4 and a final 4.6 which is holding 80 degrees under load). I also applied it to my gpu dye and that has dropped about 10 degrees under idle as well. The gpu rarely gets hot though. (Both are overclocked like crazy)
