It was a typical classic movie. It did remind me that our political situation is similar today, as per the media influence.

We enjoyed the movie . It pointed out the nuances that the story hold.

TDWTBO is a terrific movie and always a must-see whenever it appears on cable. Errol Flynn is at his best in the role of General Custer and Olivia de Havilland is perfectly cast as his devoted wife, Libbie. Much is made of the films many historical inaccuracies, as if its unique in that regard. This film is no different than Oliver Stones JFK or Shelton Spike Lees Malcolm X. But those two blowhards regard their films as historically accurate -- which is laughable. Enjoy TDWTBO, for what it is: a rousing, swashbuckling adventure movie with heartwarming love-story as a subplot. So just relax and enjoy what was one of the top grossing movies of 1942, folks. Its a great MOVIE.

Good old movie, seen it many times. Definitely recommend this movie.

A highly fictionalized account of the life of Custer from his arrival at West Point to his death at the battle of the Little Big Horn. I enjoyed this movie, although i liked Errol Flynn in Dodge City.

Gift for husband and he keeps watching it over and over. Arrived on time and my husband loves this classic. Would highly recommend this to any old movie buffs. Great for your classic collection.

although loosely based on the early life of George C.Custer, and then his later command of the 7th Calvary, it was only purchased because my mother repeatedly requested it. she likes it and that is all that matters. sometimes we watch it together and sometimes not.

Added to my Custer collection.
