Pretty good kit.. Did not come with instructions though, we checked the box multiple times and weren’t exactly sure if we did everything correctly.. But all of the different colors it comes with are great!

Christmas present.

On unboxing, the kit seemed great. All of the colors were there. There was not enough soda ash at all though. After running to the store and grabbing some more, we could follow the instructions exactly. And we did. After letting the clothes sit 24 hours in baggies, we rinsed them till the water ran clear and at that point most of them looked pretty good, but some had bled over into other colors while being rinsed. After the first wash, which was on the instructions to do, almost all the color is gone and whats there is super muted! Waste of time and big disappointment to the kids.

Bought it for a fun activity to do for my sons birthday party, everyone had a blast

Great outdoor activity with kids or adults . The results were better than I expected.The kids were so pleased with themselves!

Dull

Box just arrived and to much of my surprise it was already opened (plastic was torn open) Well that irritated me but I took the opportunity to look at it since it was for a Christmas gift and Im so glad I did... instead of the 12 vibrant colors that I was supposed to get as the box and description on Amazon states... I got 4 of one color, 2 of another, 2 of another, 3 of another and 1 of another... absolutely, 100% going to return this or ask for a replacement at least. Its so infuriating. If I get a replacement Ill edit my review if it comes correctly. Update: Just got the replacement and same damn thing happened I can see repeat colors inside instead of the 12 individual. What a joke. ZERO STARS

Love everything about this product

Even though the product description shows that there are 12 different dye colors, that was NOT the case. It only had 6 different colors, with 2 of each. No greens, no purples, no yellow, no light blue. Limited our projects, making it completely NOT worth the money!
