I thought that it would come with several of each color but was disappointed when it came with one of each color, except orange. My package came with 5 orange.

Great summer fun

4 stars because the colors faded substantially after first wash and the gloves were worthless. I followed all the instructions, let it sit for at least 24 hrs after dying. I loved the way it looked during the inital cold rinse when un-tying. The colors were crisp and the white parts still bright white. I used a detergent with color guard. Either the instructions need altering for best results or the dye needs to be more effective. This was our first time buying a kit, but not our first time tie-dying. I will not likely buy again at least not at the $19.99 price I paid or I will maybe try not washing after untying and doing the cold rinse. Just let it dry in the sun on a hanger, then wash after it has set even more after untying and cold rinsing. 3 months after initial tie dying...Update: I do not reccomend this product. The shirts never stopped bleeding. The white of the shirts i tie dyed just look dingy now. The colors just wont stop running. You absolutley can never wash these with anything else in the same load unless you want that item ruined too. They look faded and dingy all at once. I washed in cold water with Cheer detergent which is supposed to save colors and prevent bleeding. This made no diference.

Works well, tie-dyed my all yellow hoodie with a little bit of red I still have some left over so its not the darkest of red.

I followed the directions exactly and let the clothing sit for 36 hours before rinsing, yet the colors on the clothing are pastel at best. Some shades rinsed out completely and aren’t showing up in the least. So disappointing.

I tie dyed, 4 kids shirts size 6, one adult shirt, 2 king size pillow cases, and 2 handkerchiefs all with this kit. The gloves are pretty useless very papery feeling(used latex gloves). I needed extra rubber bands for my complicated designs, but there is plenty for simple spirals. I did soak everything in washing soda for 5-10 min before adding dye. I like the colors in this kit very vibrant and fun.

Had fun with it and tee shirts came out great!!

Colors are so vibrant you can fill the tubes with water about 3 times. My kids made 6 shirts.
