Very good price for the kit! Finished projects were very fun. They didn’t provide enough soda ash per their instructions, but I read that you could use salt as an alternative. The colors did bleed so that the white spaces were kind of grayed from the mixing of colors. The gloves tended to have leaks in them and stained some fingers. Again, the price was great and it was fun for a first time run at it or like it says, a kids party(although you might want to use other gloves).

Bought this kid for my family to do during a party. The kit didn’t have all the colors. It had 4 of the same blues and 4 of the same reds, 2 of the same pinks. There is supposed to be 12 unique colors. Also, one of the dyes had a cap missing which created a HUGE mess inside the box because the dye went EVERYWHERE.

This is a fun product. Missing one color, the bottle didnt have any dye inside. Bummer cause it was my favorite color

My nieces and kids had SO much fun using these- beautiful colors! My one suggestion would be to make sure to put each piece in a plastic bag at least overnight so the colors don’t run. My nieces did towels and the red ran quite a bit- causing the white parts to turn pink…that was Before we realized we needed to do the plastic bag thing.

Beware of this item!! Upon opening the package, a cap was missing on one of the powdered dye bottles and purple dye powder went everywhere. Trying to clean it up was a nightmare. Purple dye stained my hardwood floors and granite countertops. I cant get it out! And the worst part is that I keep finding purple dye spots EVERYWHERE near the area where I opened the package. So careless... be sure to open yours outside and with full protective gear if you dare.

Made some really cool tie dyed shirts!!! Fun project to do with my kids...

Did everything by instructions. Kit was easy to use. Premix did not have enough Soda ash to proportion correctly for size of kit. Waited 24 hours, rinsed and all the colors ran. Every shirt ended up with purple/pink background. While it worked for my grand daughter, my grandson was not impressed.
