I love this suitcase! Traveling can be stressful enough without having to be concerned with how well your luggage holds up. I went from not traveling to being a frequent flyer gold member in a few short months. One nice thing I did for myself was buy this suitcase. It holds a weeks worth of clothes and other items. It rolls around smoothly and it looks great doing it.

True story, set this suitcase and three others behind the car as we loaded up to head for the airport. This one rolls so easily that it headed down the driveway! It is truly free wheelin’.

My daughter loves this luggage specially the front compartment for her notebook, it been thru half dozen of airports and bus and still holding up well, wish it can be more scratch proof. wheels are smooth and low noise.

After just three trips the main zipper started ripping lose and could not be opened or fully closed any more.

My luggage came locked and was impossible to open. Contacted Delsey Customer Service and also went online to get directions, but was still unable to unlock it. Amazon has great customer serice, went to their Live Chat and they will pick this thing up and issue a full refund.
