$699. Used item shipped inside a UPS Store box. Scratches, rub marks, items inside used to welcome you to Briggs and register item are missing, all zippers undone. This was horrible. Happened on two pieces. I will just buy direct from B&R from now on.

THis would be a perfect bag, but the zipper is a little flimsy.

Good size, light weight. Zipper actin is not the smoothest unless there’s no stress or weight.

this trunk is gigantic. The pictures dont give you an accurate sense of scale. You could fit a couple of small children in this, although I dont recommend that.

Broke 3 pens,; Paperclips bent. 2mm needing needle and crochet hook BOTH bent. Stop making them in CHina. I am so pissed. I was counting on this suitcase and feel totally suckered. I thought it made sense to get a high quality suitcase that will last longer then the $99 specials at Marshalls but I will be heading there and returning this.

Im beyond frustrated :o( that this luggage arrived, and it seems IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IT UNLOCKED AND SETUP with a new lock code! Why do this to a customer? I have tired and tried to follow instructions but nothings works. Also I see that there is a return fee - :o( :o( :o( - VERY bad experience...

The luggage broke on the very first trip. Zipper tore completely off spilling all of the contents. Lifetime warranty seems good, but I cant trust this luggage on another trip. So theres over $400 completely wasted. And to add insult to injury the luggage is only one month old, they want me to pay to send it back for repair. Dont buy this brand!

It is just perfect for travel

Exactly as advertised. Roomy and easily movable. Have not traveled with it yet, but am looking forward to trying it out.

A bit flimsy for the $. Lightweight, great warranty, yet could be a bit more reinforced at seams. Looks like zipper is all that is holding both sides together.
