Torq Hardside Luggage, Hunter, Checked-X-Large 32-Inch

I should have read reviews before purchasing this bag as I, too, experienced the zipper failing the first time I traveled with it. Fortunately, nothing was lost through the open zipper, but I duct taped the bag for the flight home. TSA, however, didnt like it! Anyway, Amazon did issue a refund and I subsequently ordered a Baseline model, which, looking back, I should have ordered to begin with. I love Briggs and Riley bags, but this model was not up to their standards.

THis would be a perfect bag, but the zipper is a little flimsy.

The purchase of suitcases for most of us is an investment. This suitcase has not been a good return on our investment. Its easily scratched even though there are claims that it resists scratches. Were just not impressed with the delivery of the suitcase that does not meet the claims in the description.

The best bag or anyone in our family has owned by far. Rolls the best and seems durable.

Had to return item came defective.

$699. Used item shipped inside a UPS Store box. Scratches, rub marks, items inside used to welcome you to Briggs and register item are missing, all zippers undone. This was horrible. Happened on two pieces. I will just buy direct from B&R from now on.

All I can really say is wow.

Broke 3 pens,; Paperclips bent. 2mm needing needle and crochet hook BOTH bent. Stop making them in CHina. I am so pissed. I was counting on this suitcase and feel totally suckered. I thought it made sense to get a high quality suitcase that will last longer then the $99 specials at Marshalls but I will be heading there and returning this.

Great product. Clicked on the green suitcase only to receive black. Clicking on the black option - shows that you will receive “Hunter” which is green. Seller issue not the product.
