The instructions, except the pictures are useless. Just use common sense and put it together. It was only hard for my to install becUse I could barely lift the heavy twin mattress on and off the bed to get this under it. It works well

Because my mattress fits inside my bed frame, I was not able to use this product.

I originally purchased the short version but realized I should have purchased the longer one since it is for a standard bed. The owner Emailed me to check if there was an issue with the product. I told her it was just i bought the wrong size. He truly seems to care about his product and his customers. The product itself seems well designed and sturdy enough. It will keep a child from falling out of bed.

Love this bed rail! We do not have box springs under our mattress and this worked perfectly for us. One of the more attractive bed rail options.

Works great on the twin bed for our 2 yr old. I like how it folds down to make it easy to make the bed and then can put up at night. I really like the different ways to attach to the bed. Would definitely buy again.

Im sure this rail is more sturdy when used on a wooden frame or slats, but when you use the straps designed for the box spring, its just not sturdy enough. The straps themselves rely on the mattress on top of them to keep them in place and to keep the rail from coming loose. Will it keep my toddler from rolling onto the floor? Probably. But I can see him easily getting squished between the bed and the rail, the rail becoming extremely loose, or even eventually pulling off completely. This definitely needs some redesigning for box spring use.

I purchased this when grandchildren sleep over. I ordered the short version which allows the children to still get in and out of that side of the bed. I was able to assemble and install on the bed they would use. They felt safe and slept well. Gave me assurance they were safe all night as well. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

The directions that come with the product are really unclear. The video helps but is short and hardly shows how to attach to the bed frame. It is also really difficult to fold down. I have to use two hands to lift the levers and then my chin to push the gate down. The worst part is there was HAIR stuck and embedded into one of the metal poles. It was glued or painted on and won’t come off. So gross!

I am very happy with this product. I’m using it for my 2 yr old granddaughter when she visits. I feel confident that it will keep her safe from falling. I like the fold down feature as we also use this bed for diaper changes and changing clothes etc. it also has a simplistic look and blends in when not in use. I recommend this bedrail.
