100 mbps max data transfer speed in this day and age is horrible... I only got 80 mbps. My cable provider gives me 300 , why should I let a simple switch slow my whole network by 4 times?

I have enough ports to connect everything I need now! It works extremely simply and well. Speeds appear to be normal and I have no complaints.

I got this switch because I had more devices that needed a wired connections than I had wired connections available! I attend a large public university (30,000+) so the wifi is often pretty slow but the ethernet connection is usually exceptional. Each of our rooms only has one ethernet port per person so I needed to create more connections so I could connect both my PS3 and my laptop. This product did the job and I got good, reliable internet speeds.

Garbage, do not waste your money. Doesn’t work at all. I guess I got what I paid for.

The amount of ports on it seeing how router only had 2 ports

Basic switch for home or office use, not gigabit but work for me. Nice price too

So far works well and no brainier in setting it up.... Plastic but doesnt look cheap. Product is white, I would have preferred a black color but no big deal.
